Chapter 6: I felt relieved after spending all my money.

Before long, the shopping cart was piled up like a small mountain. Su Ying pushed the shopping cart to the cashier to pay. The cashier girl looked confused and blurted out.

"Buying so much? Will you be able to use it all?"

Su Ying nodded, a slight smile playing on her lips, and explained, "There are seven sisters in my family. This amount of stuff isn't much. It's not easy to come to the city, so I bought more. If we divide it among the seven of us, it won't be much for each person."

The cashier stared in shock at Su Ying, blinking her eyes, thinking to herself, "Your mother is really good at giving birth to seven fairies," while counting the items in Su Ying's shopping cart.

While they were calculating the money, Su Ying continued to ask, "Is this all the sanitary napkins you have on the shelf? Are there any more in stock?"

The cashier nodded. "Yes, we have some in stock. How much do you need? I'll get it for you."

"all."

The cashier looked at Su Ying in disbelief, thinking she had misheard, and asked again.

Are you sure you want all of our Friendship Store's inventory?

Su Ying doesn't know how many more years she'll have to stay in the countryside. Who would complain about having too many sanitary napkins? Of course, she'd take as many as she could get.

“I’m absolutely certain that I have seven sisters, and these things really won’t last long. Today, I finally managed to come to the city, and they gave me all the money they had, including foreign exchange certificates, to help me buy sanitary napkins.”

"If there's no purchase limit, please pack up all your inventory for me. I have a cart, so don't worry about transportation."

The cashier ran up to a stock clerk, chatted with her for a few words, and then turned back to the checkout counter.

"Comrade, please wait a moment. I have had someone send you all the sanitary napkins in the stock. Please wait a moment."

"Okay. Thank you, comrade."

The young girl waved her hand, a little shyly saying, "Don't mention it, I'm just doing my job, I have to do things to get paid."

Su Ying thought about it and agreed. Without further ado, she stood obediently to the side and waited.

A short while later, another young girl arrived at the cashier, panting heavily, carrying two sacks of sanitary napkins.

"All the sanitary napkins in the store are here. Let me put them on the cart for you."

"Thank you, comrade."

Only after paying did Su Ying realize how expensive the items in the Friendship Store were.

My pockets are empty now; all my money for tickets has been spent, and I still have foreign exchange.

well.

I'm out of money now. Looks like next time I'll have to go to the South City black market and use gold bars to buy things.

She could buy in large quantities over there, which saved her a lot of trouble.

The amount of gold bars purchased was relatively large, so they disguised themselves to avoid being recognized and suffering unnecessary trouble.

Su Ying pushed the cart along, and when she reached a deserted place, she vanished into thin air, collapsing to the ground.

I'm so tired.

I was reborn to prepare for going to the countryside; I was either buying things or on my way to buy things.
