Inside the palace, the outer pavilion, radiating golden light in the dark night, was completely silent. The man standing beside the mandala glass candlestick was dressed in a black fur coat, his head bound with a golden crown, his black hair casually half-draped. His handsome face, under the radiant light, exuded a heavy gloom, as if he might unleash a world-destroying aura at any moment.
