Chapter 230: Still a Little Humanity

"Principal Lin, please take a seat!"

Sang Tianen picked up the teapot and poured a cup of tea for the principal of Xiaoyu Boys' Junior High School. His eyes swept over the man's body.

He wore a light grey suit with black leather shoes, and had no other decorations on his wrist except a watch, which made him look very simple.

Principal Lin bowed flatteredly: "Miss Sang, you're welcome."

"Principal Lin, there's no need to be so nervous." Sang Tianen placed the teacup in front of him. "I'm really sorry to bother you so late at night."

"No, I should be the one thanking you. It's rare to find someone as generous and caring as you," Principal Lin said politely, a friendly smile on his face. "On behalf of so many students, I thank you."

As he said this, he was about to bow to Sang Tianen.

Sang Tianen quickly helped the man up and said with a smile: "I can't bear this, please sit down."

Principal Lin then sat on the exquisitely carved chair.

Sang Tianen pressed a pager on the table, and a waiter walked in quickly, with a kind smile on his face, and asked, "Miss Sang, do you need to order?"

Sang Tianen looked at Principal Lin and said, "Take a look and see if there is anything you want to eat. We can eat and talk at the same time."

The waiter handed the menu to Principal Lin very attentively. Principal Lin glanced at Sang Tianen and lowered his head to look at the menu.

After flipping through the menu for a while, he finally closed it and turned serious. "Miss Sang, let's just talk about business."

Sang Tianen grinned, blinked and said, "It's just a dinner."

"How many tens of thousands does a dinner cost?" Principal Lin clearly didn't believe her. "If you truly want to donate, our school welcomes it, but if..."

Sang Tianen waited for him to continue, but Principal Lin didn't say anything.

Neither of them is a student who has just entered the society, so they should just stop talking when necessary.

"You go out first." Sang Tianen said to the waiter.

The waiter understood and left. He knew that only a few of the people who came to eat there were serious eaters.

The door to the private room was closed, and Principal Lin couldn't help but ask, "I'd really like to know why you chose to donate to our school?"

"I said I'm a caring person." Sang Tianen said in a light tone, "I want to do some good things and accumulate virtue for myself."

Principal Lin still asked worriedly, "Do you need the children's cooperation in taking photos and videos?"

"No need." Sang Tianen shook his head slightly.

Principal Lin lowered his eyes, picked up the teacup and took a sip.

Sang Tianen looked at him straight in the eye and said, "I know your school has been committed to solving the problem of school-age boys dropping out of school. This is also the reason why your school was founded in the first place. I am deeply moved by your spirit, so I want to do my best to help."

"I don't need any form of exposure, but there are two things I want Principal Lin to assure me of."

Principal Lin raised his eyes and looked at her and said, "Go ahead."

"First, I hope this money actually reaches the children."

"Of course."

"Secondly—" Sang Tianen suddenly paused, his fingers stroking the teacup, "I heard that your school has a female teacher named Zuo Xue?"

Teacher Lin was stunned for a moment and asked in surprise, "There is such a female teacher. Is she your friend?"

"I don't have friends like that!" Sang Tianen sneered, but quickly controlled his expression. "What's this teacher's reputation like?"

Principal Lin thought for a moment and said, "He's quite well-behaved, a bit soft-tempered, and not very good at controlling students."

"Is that so..." Sang Tianen picked up the teacup and took a sip of tea. He smiled meaningfully, and when he looked up again, his eyes became very deep. "The school still needs to hire some teachers who can manage the students. Don't you agree, Principal Lin?"

Principal Lin was stunned.

"I hope Principal Lin can give me this opportunity." Sang Tianen raised the teacup to gesture, then drank it all in one gulp.

Principal Lin frowned slightly.

Sang Tianen stood up, took his coat and put it on his elbow, and said to Principal Lin, "It's too late, I won't bother you anymore, Principal Lin. I look forward to contacting you."

Not long after leaving the villa, Sang Tianen received a text message from Principal Lin:

“Thank you for your donation!”

Sang Tianen laughed awkwardly, then called his junior high school classmate Xi Fang.

"Hello?"

"It's me, Sang Tianen!"

"You know her father is you, so why the hell are you looking for me? Last time you said you'd treat me to a meal, but eight hundred years have passed, and I still haven't seen where your meal is."

Facing a series of greetings from his old classmates, Sang Tianen laughed several times and jokingly said, "Shouldn't you treat me to a meal? Gold has grown a lot recently."

"Can you please not bring this up? I asked to buy more, but you wouldn't let me. Now the price is almost up to 470 per gram."

"Greed is a big taboo."

"I've heard that a lot, but then again, do you think gold can reach $500? I'm looking forward to buying a new car."

"Throw it away!"

"No, there's a war going on outside, so the price of gold will definitely go up."

"Why so much bullshit?"

"Dad, I'll listen to you." Xi Fang gritted her teeth and said, but the next second she asked cautiously, "Is it really not going to grow anymore?"

"You can try." Sang Tianen chuckled, "Anyway, gold is not worthless."

"Don't say anything, just listen to my sisters."

Sang Tianen couldn't help laughing.

"By the way, how come you, a busy man like you, remembered to call me?"

"You said so?" Sang Tianen took out a cigarette from the storage slot in the car and lit it, "I asked you to do me a favor."

"You say." Xi Fang's voice became serious.

"Is my aunt working as a security guard in your aunt's food factory?" Sang Tianen exhaled a puff of smoke.

"I don't know about this. If I knew, I would definitely ask my aunt to give her the position of logistics team leader."

"Fire her."

"..." Xi Fang was stunned. After a few seconds of reaction, she stammered, "What do you mean?"

"It means to tell her to get lost."

Xi Fang was confused and asked, "Why? Isn't she your aunt?"

"He has severed his ties with her and now he just wants to kill her." Sang Tianen said calmly.

"Fuck, so cruel?"

"There are worse ones, but I still have some humanity."

"What deep hatred?"

"You broke up my family, does that count?"

"Fuck, your parents are divorced?"

"Curiosity killed the cat. I suggest you don't pry too much."

Xi Fang's tone changed: "Okay, leave it to me. I'll take care of it for you."

"Yeah." Sang Tianen hummed calmly, then asked, "Give me the contact information of the lawyer your aunt used in her last divorce lawsuit."

"Are you serious about this, my father?"

"If you don't play for real, are you going to play it for fun?" Sang Tianen was a little speechless. "Be a good rich second generation. I'll let you know if there's anything going on."

"Boss, you must remember this." Xi Fang let out a wail.

"Kneel down and pay your respects."
