"I've been drinking and found a designated driver, but there's no seat for you. You'd better take a taxi home by yourself." Shi Zhouyan said concisely.
"I asked Sang Muyang to come and pick me up." Sang Tianen had already expected such an outcome and sent a message to his brother while in the bathroom.
"Okay, then I'll go first. I have a terrible headache." Shi Zhou rubbed his temples, looking unwilling to say more.
"Get out!" Sang Tianen pinched his nose, packed up his things and walked out the door.
She was walking while lowering her head to send a message to Sang Muyang. Before she could type a few words, she heard the mellow contralto voice of Vice President Liu in front of her. Her typing fingers paused and she looked over.
"Xiaoyan, I'll take you home." Vice President Liu, with a drunken face, pulled Yan Zheng's arm and pushed him into the car.
Yan Zheng's face was pale, and he shook his head gently, his voice calm and steady: "Don't bother Mr. Liu, I've called a designated driver."
"How can you say thank you for the trouble? It's just a matter of convenience. It's not safe for a man like you to drink so much and ask for a designated driver. Let me take you there." Vice President Liu pushed him hard.
Yan Zheng held onto the door frame tightly, his jawline tense, but a smile still on his face: "I really don't need to bother you, Mr. Liu."
Sang Tianen's eyes darkened, and the corners of his lips formed a straight line. After walking a distance to the left, he took out his cell phone and called Sang Muyang: "Hello, where are you?"
"I'm at the restaurant entrance. Are you ready?" Sang Muyang was sitting in the car playing games. When he saw his sister calling him, he immediately pressed the answer button.
Sang Tianen looked towards the open-air parking lot and saw his younger brother's stool-colored men's sedan at a glance.
"Look ahead. There's a man and a woman fighting. Go up to the filthy-looking woman and tell her you're the man's brother and come take him home."
Sang Muyang looked over subconsciously, his expression puzzled: "Sister, what are you talking about? I don't know him."
"Stop talking so much nonsense, just do it!" As soon as he finished speaking, Sang Tianen hung up the phone.
Sang Muyang's facial features wrinkled up and he gripped his phone angrily.
Sang Tianen's temper is still as bad as ever, but for the sake of 3,000 yuan a month for living expenses, he chooses to endure it.
After tidying himself up a bit, he opened the car door and trotted over to Yan Zheng, calling out, "Brother, I finally found you."
Yan Zheng's head was swollen, his steps were unsteady, and he was already a little confused. He stared blankly at the strange boy in front of him, trying to find this person in his memory.
"Who are you?" Vice President Liu pushed Sang Muyang away unhappily and put his arm around Yan Zheng's waist.
"I, I am his younger brother." Facing the Vice President Liu with a face full of flesh and a strong smell of alcohol, Sang Muyang's voice became weak.
"Brother?" Vice President Liu's eyes rolled, his face full of suspicion. "I remember Minister Yan was the only son in his family. Where does he get a brother?"
"I'm his cousin." Sang Muyang raised his voice, his eyes wide open. If Sang Tianen hadn't been in front of him, he would have run away.
While the two were talking, Yan Zheng struggled out of Vice President Liu's arms. He pressed his throbbing temples and twisted his brows into a "川" shape in pain.
"Hey, brother, how are you?" Sang Muyang supported him and winked at him frantically. Because of his standing position, Vice President Liu could only see the back of his head.
Yan Zheng's mind became more and more confused. He forced himself to look at Sang Muyang with the last bit of rationality, and he longed in his heart that he really had such a cousin.
