There were two people in the hall, one sitting and one standing by the window. When he looked over, the Regent was still holding Xia Fuyi's hand tightly, and the angle of his leaning over looked extremely charming in the scenery after the rain.

Chang Sunqing looked after him and smiled softly.
"It's like you went to great lengths to escape from the palace and face death, but in the end, you still had no choice but to return to the palace."
"Who made you a descendant of the Changsun family? Who made you the emperor of Chiwei?"
"As long as you still wear the royal crown, you are destined to die within this high-walled palace. Don't even think about taking a single step out."
Before Changsun Chi could react, Xia Fuyi, who had been listening, overturned the table with one hand.
