Chapter 495: Glacier World

Chapter 495: Glacier World

"I originally thought it was another luxurious private jet."

Chen Pianpian awkwardly huddled face to face with the assistant, constantly turning her head to look at the drifting clouds outside the window and the dazzling snowfield in the afterglow of the setting sun.

Uncle Rob shook his finger and said,

"Nonono, even though A.M. is rich enough, it doesn't mean that Mr. Duke will waste resources recklessly."

Shen Pianpian thought of the delicious food on the big table and the melodious violin music on the train. She paused subtly and expressed reservations about it.

Uncle Rob continued,

"Besides, this type of family plane is a daily means of transportation in Alaska. The indigenous people here fly planes when they go out to visit relatives and friends or go shopping. Renting such a plane and hiring an experienced pilot only costs a total of $100."

Going out to fly a plane?

Miss Shen's eyes lit up strangely, and she couldn't help but reveal an expression of envy and longing.

"In our country, we can just take a Didi when we go out, but here we can even fly a plane and not worry about traffic jams."

Because the interior space of this small family plane is narrow, there are only four seats in total, and the six people are sitting very close to each other.

Miss Shen is now standing by the window. Beside her is Chu Yang, who is silent and looking outside with shining eyes. Opposite her is Assistant Yan, who can only bend his long legs.

The two people are very close.

Yan Yi looked at the lively expression that the girl unconsciously revealed, and a hint of smile flashed in his eyes.

Uncle Rob, who was sitting next to Yan Yi, sighed again and praised him very directly.

“Miss Shen, you really have a beauty beyond imagination. I really regret that I have never seen you before.”

After hearing similar words all day, Shen Pianpian chuckled numbly.

But she didn't know that against the backdrop of the vast sky and flowing clouds, when the afterglow of the setting sun floated behind her, even just a profile staring out the window in a daze looked more beautiful than a painting.

Uncle Rob sighed, touched the camera and lowered his hand.

"The pupil is actually the best camera,"

The uncle looked at Shen Pianpian's profile, and once again revealed a trance-like and fanatical expression like a believer.

"I don't think I'll ever forget you."

These words, which sounded just like a confession, passed by Shen Pianpian's ears in an instant.

The girl looked out the window with her chin in her hand, as if nothing had happened, as if she had heard nothing.

So she didn't know that the man opposite her was looking at her with his eyes, which, without the obstruction of lenses, reflected the nearby afterglow of the setting sun and her profile as she stared blankly in the afterglow, with a focus as fixed as an eternal relief.

Ten minutes later, the plane slowly landed on an endless glacier.

The nose of the plane rose slightly under the control of the pilot, and then it finally stopped after sliding a short distance on the ice.

Several people got off the plane.

The brightly painted domestic plane took off again and gradually disappeared in the floating skylight.

Shen Pianpian turned around and looked at the land beneath her feet.

The ancient ice layer from the Ice Age that has not melted for thousands of kilometers spreads under your feet. The world is white. The biting wind blows from the frozen canyon in the distance, like a secret message sealed by the cold air in ancient time.

Shen Pianpian was in the hazy twilight, breathing deeply through the mask.

The completely clean air, truly without a trace of dust, entered her lungs, but it also brought with it the unforgiving chill of minus thirty degrees Celsius.

Miss Shen, who felt "super cool" in the last second, was choked by the cold air and started coughing awkwardly in the next second. Then she shuddered without any image and hugged her arms.

“It’s so cold!”
