She placed her phone on the coffee table, smiled slightly, and reassured Leng Yue:

Lu Qingzhou raised his hand from afar and called out, "Brother Zhang!"
The sounds emanated from the bustling barbecue stall, carrying a hint of joy and familiarity.
Upon hearing this, Zhang Ming quickly turned around and glanced behind him. A hearty laugh instantly spread across his face as he waved vigorously at Lu Qingzhou, saying, "Haha, I'm here, brother!"
Lu Qingzhou walked over and sat down.
Zhang Ming quickly handed over a bottle of beer.
He enthusiastically introduced them to each other: "Brother Lu, come here, let me introduce you again. This is my cousin Hao Jianren. I usually call him Brother Hao."
Then he looked at Hao Jianren and said, "Brother Hao, this is the good brother I told you about, Lu Qingzhou."
Upon hearing Zhang Ming mention his cousin's name,
Lu Qingzhou was slightly taken aback, and the expression on his face instantly became quite interesting. The homonym of the three words "what a scoundrel" flashed through his mind. He wanted to laugh but felt it would be too rude, so he held it in until his whole face turned slightly red.
I couldn't help but think to myself, "Damn, this name is absolutely domineering. Are they afraid people won't know how wicked you are? These Hao's parents are really something, giving him such a flashy name. I can only say, awesome."
Zhang Ming found Lu Qingzhou's strange expression somewhat amusing.
However, he was used to it, since everyone's reaction was pretty much the same when they first heard his cousin's name.
Hao Jianren seemed to notice Lu Qingzhou's predicament, but didn't seem to care.
He was used to this kind of situation; he encountered it several times almost every month.
He stepped forward, extended his hand to Lu Qingzhou in a generous manner, and said with a gentle smile, "I have long admired your name, Brother Lu. I have often heard Mingzi mention you."
Lu Qingzhou looked at the hand reaching out to her and instantly came to her senses.
He hurriedly reached out and shook hands with Hao Jianren, his tone apologetic: "Hello, Brother Hao, I'm sorry, I was a bit rude just now."
Hao Jianren shook his head and smiled, waving his hand, "It's nothing, it's nothing, come and have a drink."
After exchanging pleasantries, the group raised their glasses, clinking them together, and then downed a beer in one gulp.
The cool liquid slid down my throat, dispelling some of the summer heat.
Zhang Ming started the conversation with a teasing smile, asking, "Hey bro, how's it going? How far have things progressed between you and that gorgeous lady who picked you up last time?"
Lu Qingzhou took a sip of beer and said with a wry smile, "Stop teasing me. I've had a lot of worries lately."
How could he not be annoyed? This wasn't just one beautiful woman; he was surrounded by beauties.
'Okay, I'd better deal with this emotional mess myself; talking about it is kind of ridiculous.'
Upon hearing this, Zhang Ming's curiosity was instantly piqued, and he pressed, "What happened? Tell me, brother."
Lu Qingzhou hesitated for a moment, then rambled on about various things at work recently, but didn't mention anything about her love life.
As Zhang Ming listened to Lu Qingzhou's story, he thought to himself that there was nothing to worry about, but seeing that his good brother was doing well, he was genuinely happy.
At this moment, Hao Jianren suggested, "Brother Lu, it's not quite right for a few grown men like us to drink this wine."
