Chapter 612 Married Woman

Hearing this, the old man smiled meaningfully, raised his head slightly, glared at Lusa, and said, "Lusa, you know me. I hate people who exaggerate things. You're just angry about the bombing of the club."

Lusa blushed as if someone had torn off her figure.

"If your club is fine, you wouldn't care what kind of woman he finds. You're angry because he ruined your club, so you can't bear to see him get better. You want to use this woman to provoke me."

The old man almost understood Lusa's entire psychology. Lusa, like a baby, exposed herself completely in front of the old man.

Lusa bit her lips tightly and didn't say anything, fearing that the more she spoke, the more she would reveal.

"What, you don't admit it?" The old man raised his eyes slightly and glanced at Lusa again. He was more convinced that his analysis was correct.

Lusha knew that remaining silent was not an option, so she said with a shamefaced expression, "Nothing can be hidden from the teacher."

After hearing what Lusa said, the old man continued to tilt his head back with satisfaction, as if he was enjoying the warm sunshine coming in from the window.

No matter how big the matter is, Mr. Meng is always so relaxed and contented.

"Now tell me again, what kind of woman is that?" asked Mr. Meng in a lazy voice.

Lusha thought for a moment, then considered her words and said, "She is indeed married and has three children. She is quite pretty and is the founder of a small company that is currently on the rise. Her husband is Gu Tingchen, the head of the Gu Group."

When he heard Gu Tingchen's name, Mr. Meng suddenly opened his eyes.

"You just said that her lover is Gu Tingchen?" Old Master Meng had heard of Gu Tingchen. He was a successful businessman at a young age and was well-known for his bold and ruthless methods.

Lusha said affirmatively: "Yes, it is Gu Tingchen."

Mr. Meng seemed to quickly absorb this amount of information. He nodded thoughtfully, then sighed softly and said, "Now, you are relatively fair and objective."

"But teacher, my club was bombed. It was my hard work." Lusha was now anxious to seek justice for herself.

Old Master Meng stood up from his easy chair and said nonchalantly, "Let it blow up. You'd better bear with it. That club is not a good place. Something will happen sooner or later. It's better to put an end to it once and for all."

"But..." Lusa was not convinced and wanted to argue a few more words.

"Okay, stop talking. I'm tired." Old Master Meng interrupted Lusa and said impatiently.

At this point, even though Lusa was full of grievances, she didn't dare to continue speaking and had to obey and leave. In fact, she hated the father and son in her heart. Sooner or later, she would stand in a higher position than them and show off her power to them.

Lusa left the room, and Mr. Meng called Meng Xianchen only after he made sure she had left.

"You little brat, come back here. I have something to tell you." Mr. Meng's words were very harsh, but he still showed the concern of a father for his son.

With just one word from Mr. Meng, Meng Xianchen had to rush back to see him on time even if he was at the end of the world.

When Meng Xianchen walked into the room, Old Man Meng opened his eyes. When he saw his son's tall and majestic figure, his eyes lit up like other fathers, as if his son was the most eye-catching thing in the world.

"Have you eaten?" Old Master Meng knew that Meng Xianchen was in a hurry and probably didn't even have time to have a meal before coming to see him.

Meng Xianchen shook his head and said helplessly, "You are so anxious to scold me, how can you have time to wait for me to eat?"

"You little brat, what do you think of me, your father? Do you think I'm as impatient as you?" Old Master Meng said to his son angrily, yet with a bit of doting on his face.

Meng Xianchen probably guessed why Mr. Meng asked him to come back, so he was fully prepared mentally.

"Anyway, I'm back now. You can start talking if you want to say anything. I'll just bear with it no matter how you scold me or say anything to me, isn't that enough?" Meng Xianchen acted like a dead pig that was not afraid of boiling water.

Mr. Meng didn't argue with him and just sighed, "Lusha told me that you blew up her club."

"Yes, I knew that this bitch would come to complain. This is all she can do." Meng Xianchen had guessed it long ago, so he said with disdain and contempt. He always hated Lusa because this woman had no idea how to love herself and was just a cheap thing.

Mr. Meng didn't respond, but said earnestly, "I didn't bring you back for this matter, but because she told me another thing, which is that you did this outrageous thing for a married woman."

When Mr. Meng said this, Meng Xianchen's expression finally changed slightly.

Of course he knew that the married woman Mr. Meng was talking about was Jiang Ranran. He was called back to be reprimanded because of Jiang Ranran.

"Tell me now, is this true? You fell in love with a married woman?" Old Master Meng frowned slightly and asked somewhat unhappily.

Meng Xianchen hesitated for a few seconds before he resolutely raised his head and said righteously, "Yes, I fell in love with Jiang Ranran, but she rejected me."

As soon as these words were spoken, the air suddenly became stagnant, and the atmosphere in the room was so oppressive that it made people breathless.

Meng Xianchen had clearly noticed that Mr. Meng's face had turned from rosy to ashen.

Suddenly, Old Man Meng slapped the armrest of his easy chair and laughed heartily, saying, "Great, great! That's really great! Not only did you fall in love with a married woman, but you were even rejected by her! You really bring honor to me, and to our Meng family!"

Of course Meng Xianchen could tell that this was sarcasm, and these words pierced his heart like thorns.

But Meng Xianchen had no intention of giving in. So what if she was a married woman? As long as he liked her, it was fine.

"So father doesn't agree with me pursuing her?" Meng Xianchen asked back. The harmonious atmosphere between father and son at the beginning had disappeared, not to mention that Meng Xianchen had pushed the conflict to such a critical point.

Mr. Meng tightly gripped the armrests of the easy chair, his expression extremely grim. "What do you think? Should I agree?"

"Whether you agree or not, father, I'm determined to have this woman." Meng Xianchen rarely disobeyed his father so resolutely, but from childhood to adulthood, he had never been so determined to get something. Jiang Ranran was the first one, and he would not give up no matter what.
