Gu Tingchen stood up, straightened his back, his eyes cold and determined.
"Hmph, the show is over, and it's time for me to deal with that bitch." Gu Tingchen curled his lips in a smile, with a hint of coldness in his eyes.
The doctor gathered his things and sighed deeply, "I think I should be safe now."
"I will personally escort you away." Gu Tingchen knew that the doctor was a good man and should not be treated inhumanely, so he planned to use Meng Zhen's obsession with him to get the doctor away safely.
The doctor cast a grateful look at Gu Tingchen and said, "I feel relieved with what you said, Mr. Gu."
"Well, go out now and tell Meng Zhen that I'm awake." Gu Tingchen said with a determined look.
The doctor nodded, then walked out with a steady gait, opened the door, and said to Meng Zhen outside: "Mr. Gu has woken up. Boss Meng can go in to see him."
Meng Zhen's eyes widened in surprise, she pushed the doctor away, and rushed into the room.
She has been waiting for this day for a long, long time!
As soon as she entered the room, Meng Zhen saw Gu Tingchen sitting by the bed, looking at her coldly. Even so, Meng Zhen still approached him warmly, and said with surprise in her eyes: "Gu Tingchen, you are finally awake!"
"Do you know how much I have been looking forward to this day during this period?" Meng Zhen said, and excitedly wanted to dive into Gu Tingchen's arms, but Gu Tingchen pressed her shoulders with a few fingers.
Meng Zhen was held back by Gu Tingchen and could not get any closer. A hint of loss immediately flashed across her eyes.
"What do you mean? I saved you, and you still want to reject me?" Meng Zhen's expression changed from excitement at the beginning to a little angry. Now she could not tolerate any rejection from Gu Tingchen.
Gu Tingchen turned away his eyes indifferently, his eyes full of disgust, "It was the doctor who saved me, not you."
Upon hearing this, Meng Zhen immediately laughed speechlessly, "Then why don't you take a look at who invited the doctor?"

"You must send the doctor out of the Meng family now. Ensure his safety along the way and don't touch a hair on his head." Meng Zhen said, but Gu Tingchen kept staring at her, wanting to see if she was playing any tricks, but Gu Tingchen didn't notice anything unusual.
After receiving the order, the subordinate immediately pulled the doctor out. Before leaving, the doctor turned to Gu Tingchen and said with some attachment: "Mr. Gu, you are a good person. I hope we can meet again."
As soon as he finished speaking, he was pulled out by Meng Zhen's men and disappeared from Gu Tingchen's sight.
After the doctor left, Meng Zhen's face immediately showed a mocking look: "It seems that you two have a deep relationship these days. I think he is reluctant to leave you."
"This has nothing to do with you. I'm asking you, where is Meng Xianchen?" Gu Tingchen had a stern face, and seemed unwilling to say even one more word to Meng Zhen. The first question he opened his mouth was a cold one.
When Meng Zhen heard this, he immediately started to play dumb, "How should I know where he is?"
"Stop pretending to be confused. I am in your hands. Can Meng Xianchen escape from your palm?" Gu Tingchen frowned tightly. He really didn't believe a word Meng Zhen said.
This woman has eight hundred tricks up her sleeve.
