Chapter 1 Framed

"Miss, please leave quickly, or I'll call security."

On the first floor of the building, the receptionist spoke politely, but her tone was full of disgust.

Jiang Wanyan clenched the thermos box in her hand. She and He Ming had been secretly married for three years. No one in the outside world knew of her existence, and she had never come to the company to find him.

Today, it was because of Mr. He's persuasion that she came to He Group with trepidation to deliver lunch to He Ming.

No one in the He family likes her. Old Man He is the only one who is kind to her, and she can't refuse his request.

But Jiang Wanyan forgot that not everyone can enter the He Group.

Seeing that she still didn't leave, the receptionist impatiently gave a mocking laugh: "You still haven't left, are you trying to say you're the president's wife?"

Before Jiang Wanyan could say anything, the receptionist looked her up and down and continued to mock her, "Don't you even consider your looks? Do you need me to call 911 for you?"

Jiang Wanyan felt a little embarrassed and her face turned pale. She lowered her eyes and suddenly someone pushed her from behind. She staggered two steps and hit her side against the corner of the table. She bit her lip and swallowed her cry of pain.

A familiar voice greeted the receptionist: "Annie, good afternoon. Was the cake from yesterday delicious?"

Annie's cold voice turned flattering: "Miss Chu! Of course the things you brought are very good. You always have good taste!"

Jiang Wanyan was stunned and looked up to see the woman in front of her wearing a fashionable short skirt with golden curly hair hanging on her shoulders.

Seeing the familiar figure, Jiang Wanyan turned around abruptly and walked towards the door in embarrassment.

Chu Qing'er caught a glimpse of Jiang Wanyan and asked Annie, "Who is that?"

Annie said disdainfully, "He's just an ugly daydreamer, and he's still after Mr. He. He came here and said he wanted to see Mr. He. He really doesn't know his place."

"Oh?" Chu Qing'er became interested and shouted, "Stop."

She quickly walked behind Jiang Wanyan and teased, "You look like a sickly person I know..."

Chu Qing'er stopped talking. She had already walked in front of Jiang Wanyan and saw her face.

Others don’t know that He Ming is married, but Chu Qing’er knows. She and He Ming are childhood sweethearts and almost got married, but then Jiang Wanyan suddenly came along.

She immediately put away her surprised expression, turned cold, snorted, and asked in a low voice: "Who asked you to come? Brother Ming doesn't want to see you."

Chu Qing'er didn't take Jiang Wanyan seriously at all. After three years of marriage, Jiang Wanyan was like an invisible person in the He family, which made her even more fearless. She was confident that her brother Ming had her in his heart.

Jiang Wanyan frowned and wanted to go back past her.

Chu Qing'er blocked the way, pushed Jiang Wanyan, and smiled: "If I hadn't gone abroad, do you think you would have had a chance to get close to Brother Ming?"

"I don't know what you are talking about." Jiang Wanyan didn't want to say more to Chu Qing'er.

During the years that Chu Qing'er was abroad, she had been threatening Jiang Wanyan, first with letters, then with intimidation, and later with endless trouble.

The dead mouse hidden in her shoe suddenly appeared from a high place and nearly dropped boiling water that scalded her...

Almost everyone in the He family sided with Chu Qing'er. The only old man who was kind to Jiang Wanyan had a heart disease, and Jiang Wanyan didn't dare tell him about these things.

Chu Qing'er sneered, looked at the food box in her hand, and said, "You want to see Brother Ming? If you beg me, I will take you up."

Jiang Wanyan glanced at her with her peach blossom eyes, and said with a smile: "As long as I am here, you will never be able to show your face."

This touched Chu Qing'er's sore spot. She glared at her fiercely and asked, "Do you dare to go up with me?"

Jiang Wanyan looked at her for a while, and finally went upstairs with her.

Everyone on the street greeted Chu Qing'er enthusiastically. Jiang Wanyan followed quietly without saying a word. She was not as well dressed as Chu Qing'er, but her appearance was outstanding, which attracted many people to look at her secretly.

There were quite a lot of people in the elevator. Jiang Wanyan had difficulty breathing and felt a little nauseous. Just when she was about to give up, the elevator door finally opened.

Jiang Wanyan walked out of the elevator first. She took a deep breath and stood aside waiting for Chu Qing'er to come out.

Chu Qing'er looked at her strangely and walked straight to the office.

The assistant at the door saw that it was Chu Qing'er, and stood up and bowed respectfully. The assistant did not stop her from going in, he only stopped Jiang Wanyan.

Before Chu Qing'er went in, she turned around and glanced at Jiang Wanyan with pride. She walked into the office with a twist of her waist and closed the door.

Jiang Wanyan frowned and looked at the assistant. She placed the lunch box on the assistant's desk and said, "Please tell Mr. He that I'm Jiang Wanyan."

The assistant smiled and agreed, but did not pick up the phone. He just continued to look at the documents on the table.

Jiang Wanyan pursed her lips and looked at him for a while, then turned and walked to the front of the office, pushing the door open directly, ignoring the shouting behind her.

In the office, a tall man sat on the sofa with his hands on the waist of a disheveled woman.

The two men's clothes were disheveled, and although they didn't reach the last step, anyone with a discerning eye could tell what they were going to do.

Jiang Wanyan was stunned and trembling all over. Chu Qing'er's provocative look was like a slap in the face.

The assistant was horrified and shouted: "Miss! Please get out..."

"Get out." He Ming raised his eyes and glanced at his assistant.

When the assistant saw the two people on the sofa, he immediately lowered his head and quickly retreated.

He Ming rubbed his temples, pushed Chu Qing'er away, frowned and asked, "Who allowed you to come here?"

Jiang Wanyan's urge to vomit grew stronger. Her lips trembled slightly, and she clenched her fists, trying her best to keep her voice from trembling. She gritted her teeth and asked, "What are you doing?"

He Ming stood up, poured himself a glass of wine, took a sip, and said slowly: "Jiang Wanyan, you have no right to interfere in my private life."
