After coming out of the haunted house and walking to a less crowded area, Jiang Wanyan asked, "Where else do we want to go?"
She looked at the roller coaster not far away and suddenly felt guilty.
Xi Chenzhu asked worriedly, "What's wrong?"
Jiang Wanyan coughed lightly and said, "Actually, this isn't my first time at the amusement park."
Xi Chenzhu looked at her in confusion, and Jiang Wanyan explained, "Youzi dragged me here."
She didn't hide it from Xi Chenzhu on purpose, she really forgot.
Xi Chenzhu said with a smile: "If you've been here before, don't feel embarrassed."
Jiang Wanyan asked: "Don't you blame me for lying to you?"
"You didn't mean it, why should I blame you."
Xi Chenzhu paused for a moment, then added, "If you want to lie to me, I'm happy to let you lie to me."
Hearing this, Jiang Wanyan felt a little embarrassed, but she accepted it well. After all, it was not the first time Xi Chenzhu said such words, and she also said that she would get used to him saying these words as soon as possible.
"If you don't want to play, go find your aunt," Jiang Wanyan said. She couldn't wait to meet the nanny who raised her.
Although she never told anyone, she actually missed the nanny very much.
After all, the nanny was the one who raised her.
She didn't want to tell anyone around her because she knew it was useless.
If she told Liang Manzhu, Liang Manzhu might not know who the nanny was. After all, Liang Manzhu was in the house at that time and was taken care of by another caregiver.
If she had said that to Jiang Xun, it would have been even more hilarious.
Jiang Xun doesn't care about her life or death at all, so how could he care about what she wants or likes?
"Okay, let's go find her." Xi Chenzhu nodded.
After saying that, he led Jiang Wanyan out of the amusement park. Halfway through, Jiang Wanyan suddenly asked, "What about our tickets?"
Xi Chenzhu said, "Let's play together next time."
Jiang Wanyan nodded happily, and she also looked forward to coming back to play next time.
When they left the amusement park, Jiang Wanyan saw a familiar figure.
She looked for a while and found that the figure looked very similar to the staff member who was crying at the door of the haunted house.
She really wanted to call him, but after thinking about it, she decided not to. If she called him, the staff would probably cry again.
Jiang Wanyan didn't understand why the staff were so scared and still had to work in the haunted house.
As the car left, Jiang Wanyan asked Xi Chenzhu, "Where does Auntie live?"
Xi Chenzhu said, "You'll know when you get to know me."
Seeing that he didn't want to talk now, Jiang Wanyan didn't let him speak.
After a while, she asked, "Do you know your aunt's name?"
She never knew the nanny's name.
Xi Chenzhu said, "Zhang Qian."
Jiang Wanyan nodded to indicate that she understood.
She thought that when she met the nanny, she must catch up with her.
If Zhang Qian didn't want to see her, she wouldn't bother her.
She just wanted to see if she was doing well. She wanted to see her, and after knowing that she was doing well, she would not bother her anymore.
Jiang Wanyan knew that disturbing other people's lives was a bad thing.
She just wanted to meet him, and it would be better if they could talk.
When she found the car driving towards the suburbs, Jiang Wanyan realized that something was wrong with Xi Chenzhu. She asked puzzledly, "Does Auntie live here?"
Xi Chenzhu said, "You'll know when you get there."
Jiang Wanyan frowned and asked anxiously, "Did something happen to Auntie?"
Seeing her anxious, Xi Chenzhu couldn't continue his conversation. He said, "Nothing happened. I just don't like big cities, so I live here."
Hearing Xi Chenzhu say this, Jiang Wanyan patted her chest and said, "Thank goodness, everything is fine."
If something happened to Zhang Qian, she would regret it for the rest of her life, regretting not finding a way to see her earlier.
Xi Chenzhu comforted him, "Don't worry, she's fine. She didn't tell you because she wanted to give you a surprise."
But he didn't expect that it would scare Jiang Wanyan.
Jiang Wanyan said embarrassedly: "I think too much."
Because I care, I get worried and lose my composure.
The car drove to the farmhouse, and Jiang Wanyan hadn't reacted when Xi Chenzhu parked the car.
She looked around in surprise, trying to find the familiar figure.
But after looking for a while, I only saw a few strangers walking towards me.
She asked uncertainly, "Is this the place?"
Xi Chenzhu nodded and said, "Yes."
He said without waiting for Jiang Wanyan to ask again, helped her unbuckle her seat belt, then walked to the other side, opened the door and said, "Come down."
Jiang Wanyan followed him out of the car in a daze. Looking at the strangers around her, she asked cautiously, "Do you know Zhang Qian?"
They looked at each other and asked, "Who are you? What do you want to see her for?"
Jiang Wanyan explained her identity in detail, and then said, "I want to meet her."
Everyone looked at Jiang Wanyan, still somewhat unconvinced. One old man asked, "You said you were the child she took care of. Do you have any evidence?"
Jiang Wanyan was stunned for a moment, then asked blankly, "What evidence? Do you want me to prove that she took care of me before you can tell me where she is?"
Jiang Wanyan didn't know what to say. She was in a hurry to see Zhang Qian and didn't think about bringing any photos or anything like that.
She and Zhang Qian did have a photo, but it was taken a long time ago. She was very young at that time and might not have been able to recognize that the child in the photo was her.
The old woman said, "There's no way to prove you're the child she's taking care of. Just leave. She doesn't want to see strangers."
Although Jiang Wanyan couldn't understand what this meant, she was sure that Zhang Qian was here.
