Deng Na's expression suddenly changed. "What nonsense are you talking about? You said I seduced Assistant Li and President Si. Do you have any evidence?"
William chimed in: "Deng Na is not that kind of woman. Do you think everyone is like you and flirts with everyone?"
Wang Qing was furious. "What nonsense are you talking about? Weiyi has always followed the rules in the company, and everyone sees it. Dengna, you've always been jealous of Weiyi's beauty, always looking for opportunities to suppress and slander Weiyi. William, you've asked me time and time again to pass on your message to pursue Weiyi. I thought you were a good man, but you turned out to be trash."
William's face turned pale and he couldn't refute it.
Deng Na crossed her arms and sneered, "Wang Qing, stop defending Xia Weiyi. Let me ask you, at that bar party, Xia Weiyi sat next to President Si and Assistant Li. Wasn't that seduction?"
Wang Qing laughed. "Isn't that ridiculous? Xia Weiyi was the one who chose the seat first, and President Si and Assistant Li sat next to her. So, is that her fault? Don't be so ridiculous."
Deng Na ignored her and pointed the finger at Xia Weiyi: "You know whether you seduced Assistant Li and President Si or not."
Xia Weiyi took out her phone and called Assistant Li: "Deng Na, I was trying to save your face, but you're shameless. I'm calling Assistant Li to confront you right now."
Deng Na was surprised, but quickly pretended to be calm again: "Don't scare me. Can you just call Assistant Li?"
The call was already connected, and Xia Weiyi pressed the speaker button. "Assistant Li, you told me last time that Deng Na from the project team was pursuing you, and you asked me what she was like. Assistant Li on the phone said yes repeatedly: "I'll be there right away."
