Inside, the lights burned out, leaving only two red candles, illuminating the interwoven green and red clothing beneath the bed. Finally, as if sullen, the flames flickered a few times before sinking into the sea of red wax.
Two beams of clear light shone through the bright tiles, shyly perched on the glittering and sparkling gems, then scattered into colorful spots of light, fell into the curtains, and were shattered by a pair of intertwined shadows, causing waves with the swaying curtains.
Xu Jiang was so engrossed in the beauty that she didn't notice anything wrong. Lou Yunchun, who was experiencing bliss for the first time, also didn't notice anything unusual. Only when the roosters crowed outside did a questioning voice emerge from under the tent.

Lou Yunchun smiled lightly, then got up, lit the lamp in the outer room, and went to the small kitchen.
After he left, Xu Jiang slipped out of bed, picked up a piece of clothing and wrapped herself in it, then went behind the screen.
There was the sound of dripping water behind the screen. After a simple wash and a change of new clothes, she got back into bed.
Just as he lay down, he heard steady footsteps outside, and in a blink of an eye, Lou Yunchun came in carrying a food box.
"My wife?"
Xu Jiang curled herself up in the quilt.
Lou Yunchun called out again, "A Jiang, are you asleep?"
Xu Jiang did not answer.
He placed the food box on the table and lit two more lamps.
The room became brighter, illuminating the beautiful scenery on the ground.
Lou Yunchun stood and watched for a while, then walked forward with a red face, picked up the scattered clothes one by one, and folded them one by one.
Xu Jiang listened to his movements for a while, then emerged from the quilt and stood up to hang up the curtains.
Lou Yunchun turned around, and the two of them looked at each other intently, their faces unable to hide the joy and shyness, and they felt a different kind of intimacy towards each other in their hearts.
