The two had just fallen asleep when the shouts from the city gate gradually ceased.
With his eyes closed, Zhou Gu whispered, "It seems that Dawei has withdrawn its troops. I didn’t expect such a decisive move. It’s worthy of Yuan Zhao."

Zhou Gu nodded, "How many people did you bring with you?"
"I initially brought five hundred men, later the old Duke dispatched another five hundred to follow us. He said these one thousand men are all for you, Young Master. From today onwards, I will follow you around just like Ziye," Zhi Bai said.
