Shi Yi picked up the little orange cat by the scruff of its neck and took it to the living room. Then she went to find a dry towel to wipe the dirt off its body.
It was lying on that open ground just now, and its paws and belly were covered in mud. If it's not wiped clean, her living room will get dirty later.
After finding the towel, Shi Yi returned to the living room, only to find that the kitten was gone.
"Meow, where did you go?"
Shi Yi looked towards the door. It hadn't closed the living room door earlier. Could it have gone out?
Just as I was about to go out and take a look, I heard a sound coming from the sofa behind me.
Shi Yi turned her head to look.
The kitten leaped from the sofa onto the coffee table.
Her little head was buried in her half-eaten lunchbox.
"Ah, my food!"
Shi Yi quickly ran over.
But it was too late; she couldn't possibly snatch it back from the kitten's mouth.
The little orange cat was eating heartily, as if it were starving.
Shi Yi couldn't bear to stop it from eating.
She ate broccoli and shrimp stir-fry tonight, which is relatively light, so the kitten should be able to eat it.
Otherwise, there's nothing else to feed it here, so I might as well give it half of the boxed lunch.
The kitten devoured its food, seemingly having been hungry for a long time.
They have quite a good appetite; they ate all the shrimp before even starting on the broccoli.
However, the speed has slowed down considerably.
After eating a broccoli and a few bites of rice, she stopped and looked with her round eyes at the braised food not far away.
You can't eat this.
Shi Yi quickly picked up the braised food.
The braised food she brought tonight was sweet and spicy, which was too spicy and salty for a cat.
Strong flavors are bad for your health.
"I don't know if you can eat the non-spicy version."
She saw that the little guy was really craving it.
"Game Master, can the kitten eat non-spicy braised food?"
After waiting for three seconds, Shi Yi finally heard the game's response.
A cold, automated voice rang out in the air.
Kittens can eat non-spicy braised food, but they cannot eat spicy, numbing-spicy, or sweet-spicy braised food.
[Non-spicy braised food will not have any adverse effects on the kitten's health, so it is safe to feed it to it.]
"Okay, thank you."
Shi Yi smiled faintly at the air.
Then I got a non-spicy, all-meat braised dish from the game.
"Come on, little kitty."
"Here are two shrimp balls, two duck hearts, and one squid for you. The rest are all mine."
Shi Yi carefully placed the braised dishes she was going to feed it into the lunchbox in front of it.
"Meow~"
"You're welcome."
Shi Yi wanted to pat its head, but then realized it was still eating, so she gave up.
She washed her hands again before going back to eat.
After you finish eating, clean up the kitten and wipe its paws.
Also, the sofa blanket has been replaced, and there are a few more paw prints on it.
After cleaning up the kitten after the meal, Shi Yi found a box and a blanket to put it in.
"This is your temporary cat bed. You can make do here for the night. I'll take you to the vet for a check-up tomorrow."
It's a pity that Big Orange ran away; otherwise, with her current abilities, raising two kittens wouldn't be a problem at all.
I wonder if the stray orange cat will be able to find food.
The kitten is so hungry, it probably can't find anything.
The following morning.
Shi Yi put the kitten in a box and placed it in the passenger seat of the sports car.
She's taking her kitten to the vet for a checkup today.
Driving her sports car, she attracted a lot of attention along the way; someone must have recognized her.
She's incredibly popular in City A right now; people greet her on the street.
