Shi Yi suddenly remembered something. "Wait a minute," she called out to the two of them.
The two of them turned around.
"Is there anything else, Boss Shi?"
Shi Yi: "I happen to have a few servings of braised food left. Do you two want some?"
"ah?!"
Shi Yi secretly placed eight portions of braised food under the front seat of the car.
No more, no less.
"Do you two want it?" She even made up an excuse, "A friend originally ordered it, but now they don't want it anymore. If you two want it, I'll sell it to you."

Holding the heavy load of braised food in my arms gave me a strange sense of peace.
"Boss Shi is such a nice person."

The implication was that President Pei must be getting impatient.
