"Is that Boss Lin?"
"No way, didn't the internet say they set up their stall around 5 or 6 pm?"
"Idiot, that's Boss Lin. How could I not recognize Boss Lin?"
As he spoke, the man ran towards Lin Zhou's location at lightning speed.
After Lin Zhou parked his tricycle, he saw the troupe leader and his men approaching with fawning smiles. What else was there for him to understand?
He couldn't help but chuckle helplessly.
He had a bad feeling about the troupe leader's actions.
"Boss Lin, you're here! Hehe, all the actors are getting ready. Although we were notified about the 9 a.m. performance, it's a bit late, so I guess not many people know about it. I'm really sorry for affecting your business, Boss Lin. But we have a lot of people in our troupe, Boss Lin, could you book the whole show?"
The regular customer, who had rushed over, hadn't heard the first part of what was said, only the last sentence, "Boss Lin, can you finish it all?" In that instant, he almost lost control of his raised foot and kicked out.
Who would dare say such a thing in front of Boss Lin?
"Boss Lin!"
Before Lin Zhou could speak, he looked at the people running towards him, smiled, and shook his head.
"Master, I think it might not work."
After Lin Zhou finished speaking, he gestured for the troupe leader to look behind him.
Upon seeing this, several more diners suddenly appeared.
The troupe leader's expression cracked.
No, it's only 8 a.m., and there are already fans of Boss Lin here?
What's going on?
The troupe leader was shocked.
Once everyone else had reached the destination, panting heavily, the troupe leader had already devised a plan.
He glanced at Boss Lin, who was tidying up the counter and bringing out all the duck products.
He glanced at Mr. Lin's customers and quietly pulled them aside.
"You're all fans of Boss Lin, right?"
The troupe leader spoke in a mysterious manner.
The first regular customer warily pulled everyone back: "This guy was trying to buy everything, luckily I ran fast, otherwise I would have lost all the duck I was about to get."
Upon hearing this, the others widened their eyes, looking at the troupe leader with expressions that said, "You're such a person?"
The troupe leader coughed awkwardly twice, but continued his deception without changing his expression: "Do you know about the one-pound limit per person yesterday? I'm the troupe leader of the opera troupe next door. I added an extra performance this morning, which is why Boss Lin was able to set up his stall this morning. There are fewer people now, so as long as we buy when there are fewer people, we don't have to worry about the limit. So, you understand what I mean?"
Those who are regular diners understand what this means.
After figuring out the situation, they all felt like they'd been hit by a windfall.
I didn't expect to find such a good thing while scouting the place so early in the morning.
If they all keep it a secret, wouldn't there be no need for purchase limits?
Several regular diners exchanged glances, and the determination in their eyes was clear to everyone.
The cooperation was thus established.
In just a few words, the regular customers reached a consensus with the owner.
They decided to distribute the duck products from Boss Lin's business.
When Lin Zhou saw that there were only a few breakfast stalls on the food street in the morning, he knew that the troupe leader had probably decided to add a performance in the morning so that he could eat duck neck.
The main force hasn't caught up with the news yet and hasn't arrived.
It wouldn't be accurate to call it a lie, because after the three-day performance, the troupe decided to add two more days of performances, and even added an extra show in the morning.
The audience must be overjoyed to know this, as they'll get to see a few more shows.
Lin Zhou himself couldn't resist the temptation and watched a proper opera performance, but he wasn't satisfied.
I didn't prepare many duck products today; I just wanted to sell them all quickly so I could go see a play.
Unexpectedly, experience still pays off.
This troupe leader was willing to go to any lengths for food.
I can't imagine if the diners discovered this, and the owner would still be able to buy duck necks.
There weren't many people on the street, and Lin Zhou indeed didn't impose any purchase limits, packing duck products for diners according to their needs.
A dozen or so people divided up the entire truckload of duck products.
The troupe leader, carrying the ducks like they were precious treasures, was flushed with excitement and shyly invited Lin Zhou to watch the show.
They said they specially arranged a play for Boss Lin.
The other regular customers who had bought duck products and were still there also brightened up.
They wanted to see the same kind of play that Boss Lin liked.
Then the group of people took their seats.
The stage was empty; it wasn't time for the performance yet, and there were only a few people in the audience.
The notification was sent out at night, and many people haven't seen it yet.
So not many people came.
Only passersby who saw the sign at the theater entrance indicating that the performance started at nine o'clock knew that the troupe hadn't left yet and would be performing for two more days.
Zhang Jianjun also arrived just before the play started.
We had planned to watch a play together yesterday, but by the time Lin Zhou packed up his stall, the play was almost over.
The two of them didn't watch it together.
When Lin Zhou got home, he learned that there was another show at nine o'clock that morning, so he made an appointment with Uncle Zhang to go together.
Why are there so few people today?
Zhang Jianjun arrived at the theater, found Lin Zhou, sat down next to him, looked around at the sparse crowd, and asked in confusion.
The opera troupe performed very well. He enjoyed watching it yesterday and even had someone buy some gold as a reward.
It's a pity that Lin Zhou was too busy and missed it.
Lin Zhou messaged him saying the opera troupe would be performing for two more days, and they arranged to watch the opera together at nine o'clock in the morning.
When Zhang Jianjun arrived at the destination, he thought there wouldn't be any seats left because of the traffic jam on the way and he was late.
I didn't expect there to be so few people.
Just as Lin Zhou was about to answer, the play began.
The moment the actors stepped onto the stage, their voices immediately drew everyone's attention.
"I'll explain in detail later; it's quite interesting."
