It was noon, and everyone finished their work and prepared to eat.
When a group of people get together, the conversation naturally turns to the leaders who have come to inspect the area.
“I saw those leaders drinking milk tea. They were each holding a cup of milk tea and drinking it.”
Do you sell milk tea around here?
"I don't know, those things are really expensive. I've only ever bought one for my girlfriend."
"I think I heard someone buy it at the supermarket entrance."
"Which supermarket entrance? There's just a small supermarket right in front of us, right there in front of that supermarket?"
"I don't know, but I'm curious and want to try it. I'll go check it out."
After speaking, the man prepared to go out to check on the construction site.
A coworker next to him jokingly laughed, "You little stingy guy, are you really willing to spend money on milk tea?"
"What, can't I splurge a little?"
The man laughed and slapped his coworker on the shoulder. Actually, the wages for working on the construction site are not low. Saying that he can't afford a cup of milk tea is just a joke.
It's just that people don't earn money easily, so they're reluctant to part with it.
The man was just curious; he had been working on the construction site for so long and had never seen a place selling milk tea.
I want to go and see what's going on.
"I'll go take a look too. Is it possible for people to set up stalls in such a remote place?"
Another coworker stood up, the two dusted themselves off, and walked together toward the door.
"It's quite comfortable to be under the midday sun. If there were a milk tea shop, we could treat ourselves to a cup of milk tea and soak up the sun today."
"I'll go take a look. That stuff is too sweet; I don't like drinking it."
The two walked towards the entrance of the construction site while talking.
