Boss Lin's fan group.
Early in the morning, some early risers were already chatting about where to find Boss Lin.
According to feedback from tourists from other places on Qinhuang Mountain, Mr. Lin did not sell porridge at the top of the mountain this morning.
I don't know where I'll set up my stall today.
Everyone started assigning tasks early in the morning.
“My home is close to the international primary school. I’ll go check on those kids after they get out of school at noon.”
"Okay, okay, then you can take on the task of finding the location of the international primary school first."
"Me, me, me, my house is close to the entrance of the Old Songs Bar, I'll go check it out tonight."
"Alright, everyone choose a location to explore based on your own position."
After chatting for a while, someone suddenly remembered that Boss Lin used to sell grilled cold noodles.
However, because there are too few diners, it has not yet developed into a group and has a very low profile.
After chatting for a while, even considering the burial ground, someone finally remembered there was a grilled cold noodle stall.
"Oh right, I forgot about the grilled cold noodles. Does anyone know where Mr. Lin sets up his grilled cold noodle stall?"
After being reminded, everyone remembered to grill cold noodles.
"Holy crap, I completely forgot about this, Mr. Lin's grilled cold noodles, I really want to eat them."
"Does anyone know what time it is or where it is? I can go and check on my way to work."
"It seems to be at some bus stop, but I'm not sure. I'll go ask."
"My goodness, it seems like none of the customers in our group are from the grilled cold noodle stall."
"Go ask about the location quickly, I'll go take a look."
"..."
A-Gui, who was waiting for ten servings of grilled cold noodles at Lin Zhou's stall, was startled when he saw these messages in the group.
What?
Are people from the group coming to find us?
Can he still eat ten servings of grilled cold noodles?
No, no, we have to think of a way.
Ah Gui likes to bite his fingernails when he's thinking, a behavior that shows his current anxiety.
His eyes darted around as he watched the messages coming in one after another in the group chat.
Then, seeing that someone had already found the location and posted it, I panicked completely.
If someone finds out that Boss Lin is here, he won't be able to eat his fill of grilled cold noodles!
So A-Gui acted faster than he thought and immediately sent an address to the group.
[All is emptiness: "I'm nearby, I'll go look for it now."]
After sending the message, A-Gui breathed a sigh of relief. This way, he could take on the task first, and after he finished eating, he could spread the word that Boss Lin was setting up a stall here, right?
My goodness, he's so smart!
After seeing the message, the diners in the group gave him a big thumbs up.
"The four teachers are quite something, they actually went to them first."
"Then we won't go to the bus station. We'll go directly to the International Primary School and Changzhong Temple at noon to see if they can help us."
"By the way, everyone, please be careful when you're looking for him. Don't gather in long lines and give out-of-town tourists any indication. Today, a lot of out-of-town tourists came to Qinhuang Mountain, all looking for Boss Lin. We don't even have enough to eat for our own people, and even the landlord doesn't have any surplus to share with out-of-towners. You all understand, right?"
"Received, received."
"Don't worry, we're all regular customers, so we know about the confidentiality agreement."
"..."
A-Gui breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that everyone in the group had skipped the topic of grilled cold noodles.
Thankfully, his grilled cold noodles are safe for now.
The next second, A-Gui's attention was completely drawn to the grilled cold noodles that Boss Lin was making.
He ate two bowls of grilled cold noodles, but it was no different from not eating at all; not a drop of water came out.
"Hehe, thank you, Boss Lin. I'll eat first, and order more if I'm not full."
A serving of grilled cold noodles isn't very big, but A-Gui usually has a large appetite. As a chef, he's never short of food, and all that fat he has is from eating his way up.
It felt incredibly fulfilling.
The fragrant grilled cold noodles are fresh out of the pot, steaming hot. One bite and they're piping hot, but incredibly delicious.
The vinegar has a sour taste, the sauce has a savory flavor, and there's also a hint of sweetness from the ketchup and the aroma of chili oil.
The chili oil isn't very spicy; it has a spiciness, but when you chew it, it's more about the fragrant and spicy flavor, which really enhances the taste.
Paired with tender eggs, chewy on the outside and soft on the inside cold noodles, and fragrant ham sausage and enoki mushrooms, the flavor is rich and delicious.
One bite at a time, and in the blink of an eye, the whole serving was gone.
Lin Zhou watched him eat so heartily and became a little envious. He saw that this person ate cleanly and quickly, and had a big appetite. What was the difference between this and watching a live mukbang?
Before long, Ah Gui finished all ten servings of grilled cold noodles in no time.
Ah Gui rubbed his belly and looked at Lin Zhou with lingering interest.
Their eyes met, and Lin Zhou understood the longing in his eyes.
"..."
Ah Gui chuckled and said ingratiatingly, "Boss Lin, I'm still not full. Could you give me ten more servings?"
Lin Zhou glanced at his stomach and hesitated.
"You've already eaten twelve servings. Even if it's delicious, you can't eat this much."
Lin Zhou was a little scared; what if he overate and hurt himself?
"No, no, this is nothing. Look at my figure, I usually eat a lot."
Looking into his sincere eyes, Lin Zhou still did it for him.
I also brought one for myself.
He had originally set up his stall after having breakfast, but the chubby boy's food made him crave it too.
After Ah Gui finished eating and left, Lin Zhou looked at the fact that only one customer had been served, and that a third of the cold noodles were gone. He couldn't help but chuckle.
This is the first time something like this has happened in all the time I've been running a stall.
Holding his bloated stomach, Ah Gui thought of the group of diners in the group chat and decided to upload the location of Boss Lin's stall to the mini-program.
Then, looking at the time, I realized I was going to be late, so I quickly rode my bike to the restaurant where I was supposed to work, but I was still late!
