The next second, he swallowed hard and quickly looked away.
Who is this person? Selling braised meat rolls at the temple gate! Who are they trying to tempt?!
The little monk forced himself not to look, muttering to himself that it must taste bad, bitter and sour.
It only smells good!
The diners at the stalls no longer had many concerns.
They were staring intently.
"Mr. Lin, is this a limited edition?"
The same words left a deep impression on Lin Zhou.
The same goes for the young man who fell yesterday. After being helped up, instead of caring whether he was injured, the first thing he asked was whether there was a limit.
"There are three flavors, and each person is limited to three."
Seeing these people, Lin Zhou knew that there would be many more diners to come.
He has experience.
Only three are available, needless to say, I'd definitely buy three!
"One of each of the three flavors, spicy, with a braised egg, no lettuce, no scallions, no onions, no seaweed, and no green peppers!"
You could tell this customer was a picky eater.
Lin Zhou responded and took out the dough, kneaded it, rolled it out into flatbreads, and then steamed them.
The braised meat had gotten a bit cold by the time we got there, so we heated it up for a bit and cooked it together with the flatbread. Then we started rolling it up.
These flatbreads steam very quickly and can be stacked on top.
Lin Zhou held the dough in one hand and the rolling pin in the other. With a few quick turns, he rolled out a round dough sheet.
The movements were quick, taking no more than a minute in total.
The diners were quite surprised.
"If I hadn't watched Mr. Lin make them with my own eyes, I would have thought these pancakes were made by machine. They're so round and the same size. How much difference is there between the two pancakes? I couldn't tell with the naked eye."
