Chapter 190 "Now I can give it to my lover..."

Chapter 190 "Now I can give it to my lover..."

After their away game against Lyon, Real Madrid's focus returned to La Liga.

In the 25th round of the league, Real Madrid drew 0-0 away against Deportivo La Coruña.

In the 26th round of the league, Real Madrid defeated Malaga 7-0 at home.

In the 27th round of the league, Real Madrid defeated Racing Santander 3-1 away.

From February 22 to March 6, Real Madrid played three league matches in just nine days, winning two and drawing one, accumulating seven more points.

After the match against Racing Santander, Mourinho took pity on the players and gave them a day off.

This is truly a long-awaited holiday.

This season, Real Madrid did not give up on the Copa del Rey early on, and has maintained a three-front campaign since the start of the season. In addition, the national team has also started playing in the European Championship qualifiers, so the players rarely get a full day off.

Fino could only catch up on class hours and attendance at university courses intermittently. He usually went to school after training in the afternoon, but he couldn't attend classes if the team started two training sessions a day or if he had to stay overnight at the training base before a home game.

Having a rare holiday, he planned to go to school—taking Alonso with him…

After Mourinho announced the holiday, Alonso immediately scheduled a time with Fino.

Since Kaká recovered from his injury and returned to Madrid from Brazil, he has been very attached to Fino.

Alonso knew very well that Kaká posed no threat; he and Fino were simply good friends—among Fino's friends, Alonso was only wary of Pirlo, but that didn't stop Alonso from feeling a slight displeasure towards Kaká.

Don't you have your own lover to cling to? Why cling to someone else's (future) lover?

Although he hadn't planned what to do during his vacation, he wanted to take up Fino's time first and not give Kaka any chance.

After learning that Fino was going to class, Alonso offered to go with him. Dating doesn't really matter what you do, as long as you can be together. Besides, a campus date feels pretty good.

Fino hesitated. He certainly liked Alonso accompanying him to class, but...

Alonso assured Fino, "I just want to keep you company, I definitely won't cause any trouble."

Fino, of course, believed Alonso's words. Alonso was always mature and composed in public, only acting childish and playful when the two of them were alone. He was worried about himself.

“I’m worried that I won’t be able to concentrate in class if you’re around,” Fino said frankly.

Alonso liked this answer.

“Then I can keep an eye on you.” He moved closer and kissed Fino’s forehead. “Besides, I went to university, so maybe I can be of help.”

Fino nodded in agreement.

In the morning, Fino had a theory class. He had already downloaded the course materials from the school's official website to preview the material, so it wasn't difficult for him. He was even called on by the teacher to answer a question in class, which he handled with ease.

After class, they had a simple lunch at a small restaurant around the school.

"Won't it be boring?" Fino asked Alonso how he was feeling. "I have a practical class this afternoon, and then a meeting with my group members to assign tasks. I'll be busy and won't have time for you. Do you want to go home first?"

Alonso shook his head and replied with a smile, "No, it's very interesting. I like the way you listen attentively in class, which is completely different from how you strategize on the field. It's a different kind of sexiness, but equally charming."

"Ha, Spanish men." Fino curled the corners of his lips into a smile.

Spaniards love football, and Real Madrid enjoys immense popularity in Madrid. As a Real Madrid superstar, Fino caused a sensation when he first enrolled.

Various men and women with different motives tried to approach him, but Fino always came and went in a hurry. Apart from classes and group assignments, he rarely interacted with others. Gradually, those with ulterior motives dispersed.

Those who were in the same major as Fino had gotten used to their classmate being a superstar after spending half a semester together.

Aside from being overly famous, Fino is just like any other student, having to study hard, worry about credits and attendance, and fret about assignments and exams, which makes his classmates feel very close to him.

When Alonso accompanied Fino to the group meeting, he received a warm welcome from Fino's classmates.

This was the first time Fino had brought his star friend, a member of the Spanish national team, to school. During the discussion, someone kept getting distracted and sneaking glances at Alonso.

Fino found it somewhat amusing; she could still concentrate on her lesson, while her classmates had all fallen for it.

Fino tapped the table, feigning displeasure, and said, "What's going on? You're so distracted by handsome guys, am I not handsome enough?"

After a moment of silence, the others burst into laughter.

“Fino, you are indeed very handsome, but we’ve been watching you for half a semester, and we want to try something different!” said a brown-haired girl.

"You're so unassuming. If it weren't for your Ferrari and frequent appearances on TV, I would have mistaken you for an ordinary student who often skips class," the black-haired boy chimed in. "It wasn't until another star player appeared that I truly realized my classmate was also a superstar."

Alonso put his arm around Fino's shoulder and listened to everyone's casual conversation with a smile.

"Fino, you're so hard to get! I've been pursuing you for months, but you don't seem to notice at all. I guess I'll have to turn my attention to other high-quality men," the girl in the beige sweater teased, half-jokingly.

Alonso still had a smile on his face, but he gave Fino's shoulder a hard squeeze.

Fino was in pain, but he had to maintain a calm facade.

He's been wronged, okay? That girl was definitely joking; they barely exchanged a few words.

"Will you bring Cristiano Ronaldo to school? I'm a Ronaldo fan!"

"Bring Kaka! Ahhhhhh, bring Kaka!"

...

The students started making wishes all at once, and as the topic was getting more and more off-topic, Fino quickly tapped the table again: "Let's quickly sort out the division of labor, and have Harvey treat everyone to dinner tonight!"

"Yoohoo!" Cheers erupted.

Fino smiled and continued discussing the division of labor within the group.

His classmates were very friendly and tolerant towards him. Because he couldn't attend school often, they would accommodate his schedule when they met in the group, for which he was very grateful.

Once everything was settled, they went to a restaurant near the school and sat there for a while.

The bar served alcohol; Fino didn't drink, but Alonso did have a drink with his classmates.

With two star players present, the conversation naturally revolved around football. Fino and Alonso shared what they could say, while the rest, of course, remained unsaid in the locker room. Fino's classmates thoroughly enjoyed the stories they had to tell.

The atmosphere on site was great, and Fino was very satisfied. The harmonious relationship facilitated teamwork.

Fino's classmates were also very satisfied. A big star was sitting and chatting with them. In particular, Fino promised to give them tickets to the national derby, which is something that students rarely get. Even if they have connections, the price is ridiculously high.

Around 10 o'clock, Fino suggested leaving, citing his training commitments for the next day.

Spaniards are known for their late nights and late mornings; even those who aren't night owls can party until midnight. But everyone understood Fino and his group's work and kindly let them go. The rest of the group planned to find a small bar to continue partying.

Alonso paid the bill.

When we came to school this morning, Alonso drove Fino, but now that Alonso has been drinking, Fino is driving instead.

After arriving at Alonso's house, Fino said goodbye to Alonso: "Xavi, get some rest. I'm taking your car now."

Alonso grabbed Fino's wrist and pleaded, "How about you stay here tonight? I've had too much to drink, aren't you worried?"

Fino patted him with her other hand: "What are you talking about? You only had one drink."

"I don't care, I have a headache," Alonso started to act spoiled.

Fino knew perfectly well that he wasn't being genuine at all; it was all an act, but he still agreed to stay.

A few minutes later, he regretted it, because as soon as he entered the room, Alonso immediately grabbed him from behind with both arms, tilted his head on his shoulder, and began to "interrogate" him.

"That girl in the beige sweater has been pursuing you for months, huh?" Alonso chuckled softly in his ear, a hint of jealousy in his voice. "How did she do it? Should I learn from her?"

Fino knew Alonso was just using this as an excuse, and couldn't help but find it amusing. Did Alonso really need to learn from others? He was already at the top level, with countless tricks up his sleeve.

“She was joking, I didn’t even know about this!” Fino explained, going along with his words.

Ha, that girl might not have been joking. It's just that Fino is too oblivious, just like he didn't understand Pirlo's feelings at all.

Alonso released Fino without asking any further questions.

He wasn't really drunk; he was perfectly sober. Making a fuss about something in moderation is fun, but being unreasonable and argumentative is just annoying.

He took Fino's hand and led her to the sofa. Looking into Fino's eyes, he asked with a smile, "I helped you entertain your classmates. How are you going to thank me?"

"How do you want me to thank you?" Fino curled the corners of her lips and threw the question back at him.

"Like a kiss?" Alonso suggested.

Fino just looked at him and smiled, but didn't say anything.

Alonso sighed inwardly that it was hopeless and was just about to change the subject when Fino leaned over, one leg on the ground and the other kneeling on the sofa next to Alonso. He bent down, reached out and lifted Alonso's chin, and kissed him.

Although he still quickly withdrew after touching the object, this time he was much more composed.

As he straightened up to step back, Alonso reached out and put his arm around his waist, pulling him back.

Alonso pulled Fino into his arms with a swift movement, wrapping his other arm around him and resting his chin on Fino's shoulder. He whispered in Fino's ear, "Fino, can you give me the title of my lover now?"

Fino turned to meet Alonso's eyes, which were almost touching, and gently patted his face.

"Well, you'll have to wait a bit longer. We'll talk about it after the season ends."

Actually, his relationship with Alonso is now almost like that of lovers, but there has to be some sense of ceremony, right? The triple crown is perfect, he will use the championship trophy to "propose" to Alonso.

Alonso was slightly disappointed, but it didn't matter. He knew that day was not far off, and he could wait. He smiled and released Fino: "I have no objection. You know I will always respect your opinion."
