UEFA didn't keep everyone waiting too long for the semi-final matches.
On Friday, UEFA held the draw for the semi-finals in Switzerland.
AC Milan will face Bayern Munich, while Manchester United will draw Chelsea.
This result is acceptable to England fans. Although the two Premier League teams will be locked in a fierce battle in the semi-finals, it is at least a guaranteed place in the final for the Premier League.
Li Shiguang didn't pay much attention to these news items that were no longer relevant to him. He focused all his energy on the 34th round of the Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
There was originally a high-profile match between Chelsea and Manchester United in this round of the Premier League, but due to the FA Cup semi-final, the game was moved to May.
For Leeds United, a home win against Tottenham Hotspur would give them a significant advantage in the title race.
After focusing all his energy back on the league these past few days, Li Shiguang discovered something very favorable for Leeds United while studying the schedule, especially after the Champions League semi-final draw on Friday. Upon learning that Manchester United had drawn Chelsea, Li Shiguang could practically picture Ferguson pointing at the TV and cursing!
Because from April 26th to May 19th, Manchester United will most likely play four games against Chelsea over a period of about twenty days, and each game is one they cannot afford to lose!
Despite the media's current hype surrounding Manchester United, Li Shiguang knows Ferguson well; that stubborn old man is definitely not having an easy time right now.
Manchester United are currently competing in the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League, and at first glance, they seem poised to achieve another treble this season!
But as the saying goes, the route to the summit is all cliffs, and if they are not careful, they may lose everything.
Leaving aside the league, the battle between Manchester United and Leeds United has reached a fever pitch. Whoever drops points in the remaining matches will likely lose their title hopes. Every league match is a tough battle for Ferguson now!
In the FA Cup, both Manchester United and Chelsea will face their respective semi-final opponents on Sunday. Strictly speaking, neither of their opponents is particularly strong.
Manchester United will play Watford, and Chelsea will play Blackburn Rovers. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, both teams should be able to reach the FA Cup final.
It's important to know that Chelsea has essentially lost its chance to win the league title. The FA Cup and the Champions League are Mourinho's only two hopes this season. Once they reach the final, neither team will have any reason to give up on winning the championship, so this will be another tough battle!
As for the Champions League, needless to say, it's an even tougher battle!
All things considered, Li Shiguang suddenly felt a little fortunate that Leeds United had been eliminated from the Champions League by AC Milan. At least he could focus entirely on the league, unlike Ferguson, who wanted to do everything but was afraid of doing nothing at all!

As Li Shiguang had predicted, the two FA Cup matches kicked off on Sunday afternoon.
Ninety minutes later, Watford lost 1-4 to Manchester United. Although Chelsea drew 1-1 with Blackburn, Lampard scored a long-range shot shortly after extra time began, ultimately helping Chelsea secure the other ticket to the FA Cup final.
Li Shiguang was very happy to learn of the result.
That evening, he entered Elland Road Stadium in high spirits, but after the match, his good mood was at least halved.
Tottenham Hotspur have been incredibly disappointing this season! How bad? After 33 rounds, they are currently eighth in the league with 49 points, a full 10 points behind fourth-placed Arsenal. Liverpool, Everton, and even Bolton are all ahead of them!
They were in the race for the top four last season.
After Leeds United's rise under Li Shiguang's leadership, their position in the race for the top four dropped by one place. Then this season, Bolton's unexpected rise under Allardyce's leadership caused them to drop another place, making manager Martin extremely worried.
But Tottenham's poor performance today taught Li Shiguang a harsh lesson.
Leeds United have had a great start to the season.
Just two minutes into the game, Leeds United won a corner. Modric's corner kick went straight into the far post of the penalty area. Ibrahimovic, having shaken off the opposing defenders, leaped high at the far post and headed the ball into the Tottenham goal.
1-0, Leeds United take the lead at home!
Ibrahimovic's goal ignited the passion at Elland Road, and the moment the ball hit the goal, a deafening cheer erupted at Elland Road!
A few days ago, fans witnessed the team's defeat in the Champions League here, but Ibrahimovic helped Leeds United take the lead at the start of the game, showing the fans that the team's mentality did not seem to be greatly affected by the Champions League defeat.
But happy times are always short-lived.
Just four minutes later, Tottenham capitalized on a Leeds United error in the attacking third to launch a quick counter-attack. Robbie Keane received a pass from his teammate and drove forward, calmly slotting the ball into the bottom left corner past the onrushing Kasper Schmeichel to equalize the score.
The score was 1-1, with both sides back to square one in the 6th minute.
Leeds United fans watching this match today are destined to experience an elevator-like emotional rollercoaster.
In the 29th minute, Torres received a through ball from Rivaldo on the right side of the Tottenham penalty area, broke through to the byline and swept the ball across the middle, where Ibrahimovic used his long legs to get ahead of the Tottenham defenders and deflect the ball into the net.
2-1, Ibrahimovic scored twice to give Leeds United the lead again!
But five minutes later, Tottenham equalized again. Robbie Keane broke into the penalty area and was brought down by Alves. The referee gave Alves a yellow card and also awarded Tottenham a penalty. Robbie Keane converted the penalty, scoring his second goal of the match!
The first half ended in a 2-2 draw.
Back in the locker room, Li Shiguang spent five minutes emphasizing the importance of the game, hoping that the players could be more focused on the field.
The two sides switched sides for the second half.
Li Shiguang's speech in the locker room seemed to have some effect.
In the 60th minute, Podolski on the left wing received a long pass from Alonso, broke into the penalty area, and slotted the ball into the near corner.
3-2, the young German player helped Leeds United regain the lead.
But it seems like Tottenham can't play well unless they're behind. As soon as Leeds United scored, they came back down again.
Seven minutes later, Robbie Keane, again on the same fast counter-attack, broke into the penalty area and easily beat Schmeichel to complete his hat-trick of the game.
3-3, Leeds United were tied for the third time by a tenacious Tottenham Hotspur.
For the next 20 minutes or so, neither side made any further progress. Li Shiguang's tactical adjustments also failed to have a significant effect. Facing a completely retreating Tottenham, the four minutes of added time ended.
Leeds United could only swallow the bitter pill of managing just one point at home.
