Chapter 51 Mourinho's Changes

After the match started, Chelsea changed their usual style and launched a full-scale attack, constantly using Robben and Duff's speed to attack Leeds United's defense.

In just 15 minutes after the start of the game, Robben made things very difficult for Lahm, and Milner would even move to the left wing to help defend most of the time.

At this point, Robben had already shown his terrifying talent. Most of Chelsea's attacks would start from his left flank. Whenever there was an opportunity, Robben would cut inside from the edge of the penalty area to create a shooting opportunity and then take a shot.

In particular, Toure, who was always roaming around the penalty area to help with the defense, did not fall behind in two direct confrontations with Drogba, winning the first ball on both occasions. One of these encounters even turned into a quick counter-attack. However, Bale, who received the pass from Toure, may have lacked experience, as Terry eventually cleared the ball out of bounds near Chelsea's byline, preventing a successful shot from being taken.

However, in the 29th minute, just when everyone thought Chelsea was close to scoring, the situation on the field suddenly reversed.

It was Leeds United who scored first!
