Originally, Shen Wan wanted to personally return to the Yun family to congratulate Yun Rui and Lu Cheng on their engagement. However, now that the old lady has gone to the Yun family to kneel and beg for a pardon, causing trouble for the Yun family, Shen Wan has to go to the Yun family.

My maternal grandmother's health wasn't very good to begin with, and she only felt better after Doctor Tao helped her take care of her. I hope that because of the Wang family's troubles, her old illness won't relapse.
Shen Wan stepped into the mansion and headed to Liushuang Courtyard, where Old Madam Yun lived.
Upon entering Liushuang Courtyard, Chen Wan was about to go inside when Madam Yun came out and stopped her, saying, "The old lady is very happy to know you've come, but she won't let you in, fearing she might pass on her illness to you."

Shen Wan said, "I came here specifically to see my maternal grandmother. If I can't even see her, then my trip will have been in vain."
Madam Yun felt a warm glow in her heart. She had thought that Wan'er was pregnant and that she would hardly see her again until the baby was a month old. But in fact, she saw her even more often than when they were still young ladies.
The doctor went down to write a prescription, and Shen Wan said, "I don't know if my grandmother's old ailment has fully recovered. I'll have Doctor Tao come and take another look at you later."
Madam Yun said, "It's just a little typhoid fever, why bother Doctor Tao to come all this way?"
