The noodles went from being distinct strands to being stuck together, and the time went from 7 o'clock to 10 o'clock.
I yawned.
If he doesn't come back by 10:30, I won't wait any longer.
He sat here for three hours because I promised him that I would let him eat the noodles I made myself.
Three hours, I have done my best.
Time slipped away little by little, and the minute hand finally pointed to 10:30.
He still didn't come back.
Then I understood. This was just another time he broke his promise. He probably said he wanted to eat the noodles I made just to tease me.
He probably never intended to eat the noodles I made.
I picked up the bowl of noodles and wanted to throw it into the trash can, but in the end I left it on the table without touching it.
never mind.
Just a bowl of noodles.
I turned around, went upstairs to take a shower, and lay down to rest.
A dreamless night.
I was woken up by hunger early in the morning. The first thing I did when I went downstairs was to find something to eat. When I passed the restaurant, I saw that the bowl of noodles on the table was gone.
I guess it was taken away by my aunt.
I walked to the kitchen door and asked Auntie, "What do you want for breakfast this morning?"
"Xiaolongbao, fried dough sticks and soy milk."
"Okay, I like Chinese breakfast."
Things like bread, eggs, and sausages are okay to eat occasionally, but if you eat them too much, it will become boring.
I heard footsteps coming down from upstairs, and I subconsciously looked back.
Zhou Chenyan covered his stomach and walked downstairs slowly. When he saw me, he whispered, "My stomach hurts. Can you get me some medicine?"
"Why does your stomach hurt? Did you eat something bad? This medicine can't be taken carelessly."
You always have to go to the hospital first before deciding whether to take it, how to take it, and what medicine to take.
"I'll call 120 for you."
I took out my cell phone and was about to make a call when Zhou Chenyan suddenly held my hand.
