"The company's cleaning staff is on leave these two days, and our supervisor asked us to take out the trash ourselves, but we're really too busy and don't have time, so please help me."
I looked at the faces in front of me. They could have just thrown the garbage out when they got off work, but they made me do this.
And it’s not a discussion, it’s a notification.
I watched them leave, talking and laughing, "Hey."
A few people hesitated and turned back.
The colleagues around us were also staring at us.
I picked up the garbage on the ground. So much garbage together was quite heavy, so I handed it back to them.

"Damn it! Even if you don't help us throw away the garbage, you can't just dump it all on the ground!" someone complained.
"It's your bag that's of poor quality. Also, please don't give me this garbage again in the future. I won't help you."
I picked up my bag and cell phone from the chair and turned to leave.

"I just asked you to throw away some garbage, is that really necessary?"
"Too petty?!"
I stopped, turned calmly, and met the young man's gaze. "I'm willing to help my colleagues when I can, but that doesn't mean I accept workplace bullying."
The young man's face flushed. "How can this be considered workplace bullying? I just asked you to throw away some trash. You're taking it too far!"
"The first day was to organize documents, the second day was to help buy coffee, the third day was to help with printing, and today was to help take out the trash."
These are just small things.
They've asked me to help out countless times these days, and they're all about various trivial things.
"Excuse me, am I here to work for the company, or for you?"
