Chapter 113 looks like it's rushing to be reincarnated.
The sound had barely faded when Momo was suddenly jerked away from the man by Sawa's abrupt turn, and then slammed straight back into the seat in front of her.
Momo felt like her back was about to break.
The next second, the man's hot hand grasped her waist and pulled her back. Momo immediately hugged his leg tightly again.
Within seconds, Sawa swerved his car sideways and blocked the middle of the road, with the man's side window facing the several cars speeding towards him from behind.
Out of the corner of her eye, Momo saw Fu Yungui suddenly raise his right hand, grip the gun, and point it directly at the target in front of him.
With just two shots fired, in a mere two or three seconds, Savar immediately stepped back on the gas and turned, then accelerated to maximum speed.
Momo hid inside, only hearing the sound of screeching brakes and the ear-piercing noise of a car collision outside.
The first car chasing behind lost control and crashed into a tree because both of its front tires had blown out.
The second car following behind it didn't react in time and couldn't brake in time, so it crashed straight into it from behind.
"Fuck it!" the driver cursed, then quickly reversed, circled around from the other side, and continued to accelerate and chase after the third car, which also rushed forward.
Bullets were flying everywhere, some grazing the car and others missing their target entirely.
Momo hid inside, listening to the sounds with a pounding heart.
"Take the road east." At a fork in the road, Fu Yungui leaned back in the back seat and reminded the person in front.
"Okay," Sawa replied, calmly flooring the accelerator.
Then he added, "Brother Yun, we'll be at the shallows in about three minutes."
"Hmm." The man hummed in response, then looked down at his phone.
Momo remained crouched down, hiding. The man looked up from his phone and glanced at her, his face still showing no sign of panic, probably frightened by the gunshot.
It's okay to let her lie there like that; at least there's something blocking her way, which should make her feel a little safer.
Otherwise, given her courage, if she were truly frightened, she would have nightmares and talk nonsense again that night.
The man thought this to himself, then looked down at his phone again.
After driving for about two more miles, the road was interrupted by a shallow creek. Nourished by the creek, the trees here were greener and taller.
Sawa turned the car around at the end and stopped, then looked ahead with a mocking expression, gun in hand.
The two cars that had been chasing them caught up, and the people inside couldn't help but smile when they saw that there was no road ahead.
They were driving so fast, but unfortunately, they chose a dead end.
This must be what they mean by "heaven helps me".
As soon as the car stopped, before anyone inside had even gotten out, Ongki, sitting in the back with a gun, looked around at the dense woods and immediately sensed something was wrong.
All of this seemed to come too easily, like a well-planned trap, as if it was just waiting for them to fall in.
Oh no! He quickly spoke to the person in front of him.
"Turn around immediately."
Before the words were even finished, and before the person in the driver's seat could react, a series of gunshots rang out from outside.
They were completely surrounded by cars that rushed out of the woods. Nal got off with a submachine gun and opened fire on the tires of the two cars.
In less than a minute, both cars were totaled.
Those sitting in the car suddenly felt the car sinking deeper and deeper, and their hearts sank instantly. They didn't even dare to think of resisting, for fear that if they did, they wouldn't even have a chance to bargain.
Ongki sat in the back seat, gripping his gun, staring at the group of people in front of him, his anger burning ever brighter.
He closed his eyes, calmed his mind, and prepared himself for death. He had already made that preparation when he chose this path.
Anyway, he had nothing left to lose, except for his not-so-worthless life.
Fu Yungui got out of the car and lit a cigarette.
"Come out."
Hearing the man's casual voice coming from outside, Momo, who was hiding in the car, couldn't help but get up and sit up to look outside.
She saw that Anu and the others were there too; hadn't they already set off in their bombers?
Why are you suddenly driving here again?
Momo couldn't figure it all out, but she also had a strange feeling that today's attack was planned. However, she couldn't be sure which side planned it.
However, it seems they have the upper hand in the current situation, so there shouldn't be too much danger.
With that thought, Momo calmed her racing heartbeat.
She stared blankly at the other person's car; it was dark inside, and she couldn't see anyone inside.
Both cars had smoke coming out of all four tires.
Fu Yungui took a puff of his cigarette, then threw it at his feet and stubbed it out.
Under Momo's incredulous and utterly shocked gaze, Bian Xi got out of the car.
The man turned his head and glanced at the person sitting in the car. The person's face looked at the person who had suddenly appeared outside with utter astonishment.
His skin was much darker than before, and his hair was cut very short. He looked more rugged than before, but you couldn't tell what he looked like before at all.
It's like a complete stranger standing in front of you.
So, it really was him I saw that day?
How could Bian Xi be here? How could he appear in a place like Myanmar?
And it has become like this now.
Could he be here to seek revenge on Fu Yungui?
How could he possibly be a match for Fu Yungui? He's practically just asking to die.
Thinking this, Momo's heart, which had just calmed down, immediately jumped again, and her body began to tremble uncontrollably.
She was afraid that Bian Xi might do something foolish.
Momo sat motionless in the car, staring outside. She noticed that Fu Yungui had been staring at her for a long time, so she immediately lowered her head and stopped looking, secretly controlling her emotions.
She knew she couldn't get involved now. If she did, Fu Yungui would be even less likely to let her go, and the consequences would be far worse than if she had lost her finger.
The best option right now is to remain completely invisible and not say or ask a single question, unless Bian Xi's life is threatened.
Fu Yungui crossed his arms and strolled over, smiling at him. "Should I call you Bian Xi, or Angji?"
"I think we should call you Bian Xi. After all, the name Angji sounds annoying."
Bian Xi scoffed, "It doesn't matter what it's called." Failure is failure. Even if he survives today, he won't be able to explain himself when he gets back.
"We're old acquaintances, aren't we? What, you want to kill me right after we reunited?"
The man's tone was casual and flippant.
Bian Xi remained calm and joked, "Fu Yungui, you've misunderstood. I'm going to deliver goods, not to die."
"Oh? It's not a death sentence, then why are you chasing after me in such a hurry?"
"They look to me like they're rushing to be reincarnated."
