Chapter 154 Goodnight Kiss

Chapter 154 Goodnight Kiss

Summoning courage from who knows where, Momo forced herself to turn around in his arms and looked up at him. "Fu Yungui, you said last time that as long as I eat, I'll do anything."

"So you have to keep your word and can't force me to do anything."

The girl said this with her fists clenched, and she wasn't really sure she was talking.

After all, he said those words, and whether he keeps them or not is up to him.

No sooner had she finished speaking than a deep, mocking laugh came from above.

It was as if they were mocking her for thinking so simply, that her mind was frighteningly naive.

"Huang Momo, you remember this sentence quite clearly, but it has an expiration date."

The implication is that those words only worked then, and now, even if she remembers them perfectly, they won't be effective.

A single word of weakness can keep him in check for a lifetime.

It doesn't matter if other things are taken care of for a lifetime, but how can something as important as sex be included in that?

Upon hearing this, the girl's face immediately darkened.

She knew that these words were just empty words and wouldn't do any good.

"What?" The man reached out and pinched her droopy face. It was soft, and with the cream he had just applied, it was even smoother.

The man had only intended to pinch it once, but ended up rubbing it a few more times.

The girl immediately turned her head away, preventing him from touching her.

Seeing her action, Fu Yungui wasn't annoyed. Instead, he smiled and deliberately asked, "What's wrong? Are you angry?"

Momo turned her face away again, no longer even glancing at him.

They seemed to want to put a curtain between them to completely block out the view.

"Huang Momo, it's just a matter of saying a few words. Why did you hesitate for so long? Weren't you just asking for trouble?"

If you had just obediently agreed, none of this would have happened.

Seeing her slightly flushed face, Fu Yungui let go of her hand and steered the conversation back on track.

He hadn't even received the words he'd been longing to say.

Momo was startled; there was no escaping these words.

She paused, and although she was extremely unwilling, she still had to answer, even if it was just a perfunctory reply, "I know, I will stay here obediently."

Even if she didn't want to stay here obediently, she had no other choice.

So what's the point of saying it or not?

The man couldn't help but laugh when he saw her chubby cheeks.

Although he said it reluctantly, the man still felt very pleased; at least it made him feel much better.

"Okay, let's go." He said, then lowered his hand to take hers.

The girl didn't struggle and let him take her down.

Without the fountain lights shining down, the surroundings were pitch black, with only a few scattered lights visible in the distance.

Fu Yungui sensed that the girl seemed a little afraid of the dark, and subconsciously tightened her grip on his hand.

He paused for a moment, then gripped her hand in return, before letting go and pulling her back into his arms.

Despite being so afraid of the dark, she ran away so recklessly that night, without even looking back. You couldn't tell at all that she was afraid of the dark.

However, the man only thought these things to himself; if he said them aloud, the woman would start to sulk again.

To be honest, he had seen it all with Huang Momo. Women getting angry was commonplace for them, and it was always for no apparent reason.

Back in the car, Momo walked around to the passenger side and climbed in steadily. The SUV was quite tall, and it took her a bit of effort to get in.

"Are we going back?" Momo asked as he came up.

The man replied, "Yes, I'll take you back."

He had originally planned for her to stay here overnight, but he was worried that she wouldn't be able to sleep because she wasn't used to the unfamiliar place.

Besides, he's leaving tomorrow morning, and he won't be able to leave in peace if he doesn't send her back safely.

So let's just send it back now.

"Oh," the girl hummed, and then fell silent.

The man drove very fast, and arrived at the door in about an hour.

"Let's stop here. I'll walk in myself."

Momo's voice was soft, but it sounded exceptionally clear in the quiet space.

The man glanced at her but didn't say anything.

Upon seeing the car, the soldiers guarding it immediately stepped aside with their guns on their backs, opened the door, and let the car in.

The SUV drove straight in and slowly stopped under the house. The whole house was dark, with only a dim yellow light shining from under the eaves, neither bright nor dim.

Momo swallowed hard, turned to look at him, and said, "I'm going in. You should go home early; you have things to do tomorrow."

As she was saying this, she reached for the car door, but the man grabbed her arm.

"Huang Momo, don't you have any manners?"

Momo was stunned when she heard this. Her round head immediately turned around and stared at him for a few moments.

What does that mean?

Just as she was getting curious, the man's nonchalant tone drifted over again.

"I kindly took you to see the fountain for your birthday, and even brought you back late at night, and you just say this and that's it?"

"I don't expect you to say thank you, but at least say goodnight," the man added, as if reminding him.

Momo paused, stared at him, and then added, going along with his suggestion, "Goodnight."

Not a single word more, not even a subject—who is she saying goodnight to?

You can't just say goodnight to a beggar on the street like that.

Momo watched as the man's face immediately darkened, and she suddenly tensed up. Fu Yungui reached out and pressed her seatbelt, simply pulling her out of the seat.

The girl gasped, and before she could even struggle, she fell onto his hard lap, facing him, with his warm, erect member pressing against her.

She didn't dare to move at all.

"Goodnight isn't said like that." Just those two dry words, what kind of goodnight is that?

"Well..." The girl's attention was completely focused on what was below, and she was so nervous that she could barely speak.

"A goodnight kiss is a must," the man said kindly, seeing her stunned expression.

He leaned back as he spoke, waiting for her to make her move.

Momo's body stiffened, and even her brows furrowed, realizing that this was a deliberate attempt by the man to make things difficult for her.

"Goodnight is just a simple greeting, without a kiss." The girl paused, then mustered her courage to retort, "Because you can say goodnight to anyone."

You can end a chat with elders, friends, classmates, teachers, etc., by saying "goodnight".

The implication is that while words can be spoken carelessly, kisses cannot be given indiscriminately.

The man raised an eyebrow, stared at her intently, and said with amusement, "That actually makes some sense."

"Of course." The girl's hope grew even stronger upon hearing this.

"But I'm just not one to listen to reason."

Momo froze for a moment, and then the man's kiss landed on her lips.

Fierce and rapid, the man relentlessly entwined his tongue with hers.

The surroundings were quiet, which made the kissing sounds inside the car even more distinct, tender and sticky.
