Chapter 157 Wait for me obediently

Chapter 157 Wait for me obediently

Anu dared not make any guesses, but just as he was about to ask another question, before he could even speak, a familiar voice came from the other end.

"Huang Momo, go to sleep."

Fu Yungui came out of the bathroom with his shirt unbuttoned, leaving it wide open as if it were a special perk reserved for someone.

Her hair was still wet, and she just wiped it a few times and left it as it was.

He walked over, took the phone directly from the girl's hand, sat down on the sofa, and spoke into the phone, "What is it?"

Anu could tell the man seemed to be in a bad mood, but she didn't care. Since she had already bothered him, she said directly, "Anai and the others are back. They said Bian Xi went back for a short while and didn't even go home. After getting off the plane, he went to Chaoxi."

Anu didn't know what this place was either; he simply recounted the events as they were.

"Now that I'm back, I went straight to Wenlai's house."

The man listened with a calm expression. "Anything else?"

"When are you coming back?" Anu asked again. They were all waiting for him to return to discuss the specific plans for tomorrow.

"In a bit," the man said, and then hung up.

Looking up again, the familiar figure was no longer in the room. Fu Yungui glanced at the bed and saw only a small bulge in the middle; he couldn't even see a face.

Momo buried her entire body in the blanket, not even showing him her face, making the man feel as if she were deceiving herself.

What? You think you can hide under the covers and no one will find you? You're just burying your head in the sand.

The man thought about it, then put down his phone and went straight to bed.

Momo hid under the covers and felt the bed behind her sink in a little. She suddenly tensed up and quickly closed her eyes, pretending to be asleep.

She had just heard what Fu Yungui said, but of those three short sentences, only the last one allowed her to make a guess.

Does that mean they'll leave soon?

Fu Yungui lifted the blanket and followed her in, wrapping herself completely inside as well. The thin fleece quilt covered both of them.

The man pressed himself against the girl from behind, his face resting on her fragrant shoulder. The pleasant scent of her shower gel filled the blankets, arousing his desire.

"Hmm." Momo was uncomfortable from the heat and subconsciously groaned. How could she still be so hot after just taking a shower?

"Not pretending to be asleep anymore?" the man asked lazily, then lowered his head and gently bit her shoulder.

Momo straightened up. "I wasn't pretending to be asleep. I was really asleep. You just woke me up."

The man smiled, his warm breath brushing against her neck. "Oh, would you like me to help you fall asleep?"

"No, no need, I can fall asleep." Momo immediately shrank back down and emphasized, "I've already closed my eyes."

Fu Yungui chuckled, pulled her closer, and kissed her hair. "Sleep," he said, his voice unusually gentle.

"Hmm," Momo hummed.

"Be a good girl and wait for me to come back." The man nuzzled the girl's neck and added.

"Hmm." The girl was already a little dazed and hadn't really heard clearly, so she subconsciously hummed in response.

It was very late, and she was so tired that even with the man's hot chest pressed against her, she quickly fell into a deep sleep.

Around 2 a.m., after the girl had fallen into a deep sleep, Fu Yungui left.

At the port hotel, Sawa casually sat down next to Anu, his face full of gossip. "Anu, did you just run into a stray bullet?"

Anu sat there straight, completely ignoring him.

Seeing this, Sawa wasn't angry and continued to joke, "This little sister and Brother Yun have been arguing for several days. Today they finally got along well, so Brother Yun is definitely going to have a good time. Why did you have to make this call?"

Anu still ignored him.

Nighthawk glanced at Sawa and said, "Can you shut up? How come your fever didn't damage your brain too?"

"Or your mouth can be burned."

Sawa glanced at him, not angry at all. His skin was so thick that even a high fever wouldn't make him blush, so why would he care about Nighthawk's two sarcastic remarks?

"I was just a little bit short; I was lucky," he added to himself.

Night Hawk was speechless. Talking to someone as shameless as him was a waste of time, so he continued to lie in the rocking chair and play on his phone.

Nar sat on the sofa smoking and looked at Anu, his face still cold. "What did Brother Yun say?"

"I'll be right back," Anu replied.

Before Nar could even respond, Shava jumped up immediately, unstoppable.

"Anu, you learned this preferential treatment from Brother Yun, didn't you?"

"This is unbearable."

It's one thing for Brother Yun to treat them and that little girl differently, but now this blockhead Anu is also treating him and that dead-faced Nar differently.

Isn't he much easier to get along with than this Nar?

This is so blatant, who could stand it?

However, Anu, who was sitting properly next to him, still ignored him.

Night Hawk frowned upon hearing this. "Who are you living with? With Anu? And you still can't live with him?"

"Do you think Anu still wants to talk to you?"

Sawa retorted angrily, "It's none of your business."

Night Hawk snorted, not wanting to say anything more, and held up his phone to block his view before turning his face away.

Sawa insisted on continuing the fight, and the two started arguing again.

The two were still arguing even after Fu Yungui appeared behind them.

"Brother Yun," Anu and Nar called out in unison.

"Hmm." The man glanced at the two people in the distance, still showing no intention of stopping, and then walked to the sofa and sat down.

Anu could tell that the man seemed to be in a bad mood. If Sawa and the others continued arguing at this moment and upset the man, it would be like walking into the line of fire.

Besides, it would waste time.

So he immediately went over to stop the two of them. Sawa had initially looked disdainful when he saw Anu coming over, but when he turned around, he saw...

The man on the sofa stared at him with eyes colder than ice, almost murderous.

Before the man could even utter a word, Sawa immediately scurried over, looking rather dejected.

It was 3:30 in the simple living room of the hotel.

Only the faint chirping of insects could be heard outside. Looking out the window, there were already a few lights on, and a few men were sitting there discussing the best delivery route.

Pasir is a place where beautiful beaches and magnificent sand dunes coexist, with one-third of the land covered by sand dunes and water resources scarce.

The few remaining sea areas are also controlled by Israel, and the only places where the people of Basak are allowed to move freely are within ten kilometers of the beach.

Therefore, it was necessary to decide whether they would continue by water or choose land after entering the Pasir region.

Nar spoke first, "Brother Yun, there will be a rather dangerous stretch of road after we enter the Basha region."
