Chapter 164 What you can't afford, I'll give to you.

Chapter 164 What you can't afford, I'll give to you.

Thinking this, the man felt even happier. "I'll be back by tomorrow at the latest, and I estimate I'll arrive the day after tomorrow."

He was worried that Momo would be anxious, so he gave her a specific time that he could be sure of.

"Oh, okay." Momo heard clearly.

"Mmm." The man leaned against the wall, holding his phone, and listening to the soft voice, he felt as if time had sped up considerably.

"Then I'll hang up," Momo said.

"Huh?" The man's tone immediately darkened when he heard that she was about to hang up. "Huang Momo, is there nothing else?"

They finally managed to call, but they stammered through every few words and didn't even offer a word of concern. How rude!

Momo was taken aback, unsure what he meant, but she couldn't help feeling nervous, thinking he knew something. "What other thing?"

Fu Yungui frowned upon hearing her subconscious question.

It seems she doesn't care about him at all.

Have you been eating well these past two days?

"Yes," the girl answered affirmatively.

Of course she's been eating well; in fact, she's been eating even more these past few days.

The man was pleased with what he heard and asked again, "What have you been doing at home these past few days?"

Momo was taken aback, wondering why he was asking this, but she still answered him truthfully.

"I cook with Aunt Sang in the morning, and play with everyone, big and small, in the afternoon." After saying that, she suddenly remembered something and added, "Anai and the others come along too."

In his absence, she felt that time flew by. Every day she learned about various recipes from her mother, and in the afternoon she would play with everyone, big and small. Every day was fulfilling.

The man scoffed. "Quite a life," he thought. "It seems this woman is doing even better while I'm gone."

You could tell he was happy even over the phone.

"Hmm." The man grunted, then asked again, "Are you sure you don't want to say what you were about to say?"

She went to all that trouble to call, but wouldn't say what she wanted to say. I don't know what's going on in this woman's mind; she's always so unpredictable.

"Um..." Momo held her phone, seeing that he seemed to be in a good mood, which should be a good opportunity, so she tentatively asked, "Can I go out for a bit?"

Where to?

"Thailand." Momo's voice was so soft it was almost a mosquito's hum, so quiet the man barely heard her.

However, even after hearing this, he repeated the question, "Where?"

The girl thought he hadn't heard her clearly, so she raised her voice, "Thailand."

"I'm thinking of going back to get some things. You can have Anai or Maomao come with me."

After Momo finished speaking, there was a sudden silence on the other end of the phone. She couldn't help but feel a little uneasy, and then added, "But you'll be back soon, so it's fine to wait for you to come back."

"When the time comes, can you take me back home?" the girl asked earnestly.

Fu Yungui leaned back on the sofa, his brows and eyes relaxing.

Of all the sentences I heard, only the last one was somewhat pleasant.

"Okay," the man replied readily.

“Okay, thank you,” Momo replied.

However, she was a little surprised that Fu Yungui didn't ask her what she was going back to get this time.

Upon hearing the second half of the "thank you," the man immediately became annoyed. After all this time, he was still being so polite with him.

That Huang Momo really knows how to infuriate people.

The door was open and not closed. When Anu arrived, he saw the man answering the phone, so he stood at the door and knocked a few times. "Brother Yun, Yaxin is looking for you."

The man nodded to him, picked up his phone, got up, and walked towards the door while talking.

"Wait for me obediently, don't run around, okay?"

“Myanmar is not like Thailand. If you lose it, you won’t be able to find it again. Even if you do find it, it will be missing an arm or a leg.”

Momo was taken aback, wondering why his tone had suddenly changed, but she still obediently replied, "I understand."

"Okay, I'll hang up now."

As soon as he finished speaking, the man put away his phone and looked at Anu beside him, "Is everything taken care of?"

Anu walked alongside him, saying, "Yes."

The man didn't reply and went downstairs.

Inside the restaurant, Yasin was already seated at the table. Seeing the man approach, she immediately smiled and gestured, "Mr. Fu, please take a seat."

The man didn't stand on ceremony and sat down opposite him. "So, Mr. Yassin, have the money ready?"

Yassin smiled and said, "No rush, let's eat first."

"Eating is fine, not paying the balance is also fine, but I don't know if Mr. Yassin has ever heard the saying, 'You get what you pay for.'"

The man leaned back as he spoke, "If you don't pay the balance, then I can give you only half of my gun."

"That's fair."

Yasin listened without changing his expression, "It seems that Mr. Fu's principles are not to be underestimated. But I wonder if you have heard of someone."

"Who is it?" the man asked casually.

"He used to be in the arms business, and his name was Wenlai."

This statement clearly indicates an attempt to use male competitors to drive down the price.

Fu Yungui suddenly laughed as he listened, his eyes deep and unfathomable. "What a small world."

"What, you're going to cooperate with him?" the man said, pursing his lips.

Yasin smiled knowingly, "Of course, my first consideration is our cooperation, so it depends on Mr. Fu's sincerity. After all, our cooperation won't be a one-time thing."

Upon hearing this, the man said nothing and got up to leave.

When they reached the door, they were stopped by two soldiers.

Anu and Nar immediately drew their guns and pressed them against the heads of the two men, who immediately retaliated in kind.

The atmosphere suddenly became tense.

Yasin remained calmly seated at the table. "Mr. Fu, isn't it inappropriate to leave without saying a word?"

The man's face darkened, and without turning his head, he smiled and said, "Yasin, I advise you to tell them to get lost."

"Otherwise, I'll just blow up this tiny little hole of yours."

Yasin was taken aback, then thought he was joking and couldn't help but laugh.

"Mr. Fu is really arrogant. He can say such things on my turf."

Upon hearing this, Fu Yungui turned to look at him, a half-smile on his face, "I'm the same no matter whose turf I'm on."

No sooner had he finished speaking than a loud bang came from outside, followed by thick smoke billowing out of the window and spreading in all directions.

Then came the man's mocking and arrogant voice, "You can't afford it, so I'll give it to you."

Yasin suddenly froze, stood up and looked outside. Shava and Night Hawk had trapped all the personnel on the training ground.

Sawa smiled and waved the remote control in his hand upwards; it was the master switch for all the bombs buried here.

How did they manage to be monitored for just a few hours?

Yassin was disheartened, unable to understand what had happened.

However, he really underestimated this man's abilities.
