Chapter 267 We're Getting Married

Chapter 267 We're Getting Married

He must have seen me, he was just watching his private parts.

"I, I, I..."

The girl stammered for a long time but couldn't utter a complete sentence.

They neither admit it nor deny it.

After all, he really saw through it.

Just now, not only did her face accidentally touch that area, but her hand was also right next to it. At that distance, it was no different from touching it directly.

But thinking about it carefully, she was also glad that when she woke up, she didn't find her hand between the man's legs, otherwise she definitely wouldn't have been able to lift her head.

"I don't know what happened either." The girl's face grew increasingly red, and even her heart began to race.

An inexplicable tension and shyness made it impossible for her to think straight.

No matter what, she just couldn't admit it.

The man tilted his head and stared at her. The kitten's face was as pink as a peach, and looked so juicy.

He looked at it, his smile couldn't be more obvious, but he didn't say anything more.

Besides, this kitten will probably want to find a crack in the ground to crawl into.

At that moment, Sawa landed the helicopter safely on the Palm Bay Grand View Estate helipad.

"We're here." Fu Yungui got up, took the girl's hand, and walked down from upstairs.

The others followed and went down behind.

The sweltering heat made Momo feel a little breathless.

She took a moment to calm herself down, and then she felt a little better.

Holding the man's hand tightly, the girl soon followed him into the living room. At that moment, Su He came downstairs and saw the man in the living room from afar.

"Momo, you're back?"

Su He was both surprised and delighted. Holding onto the handrail, she quickly went downstairs. She knew they were coming back today, but she didn't expect them to arrive so soon.

“Yes, Mom.” Momo smiled broadly, gently pulled her hand away from the man’s, and walked toward the stairs.

Fu Yungui stood still, frowning slightly, and followed the girl's gaze all the way up the stairs. Then, out of politeness, he greeted Su He.

As soon as Su He stepped down, Momo hugged her tightly, burying her face in her arms and inhaling her scent.

"Mom, will you feel bored while we're away?"

Su He supported her daughter's back and smiled gently, "No, Aunt Pu has been here the whole time you were away, and Qi Qi even came over a few times."

"That's good."

After saying that, Momo got up from her mother's arms.

"Are you tired from the journey?" Su He reached out and touched her face, asking.

Momo subconsciously shook her head. She had slept on Fu Yungui's lap the whole way and didn't really feel tired.

If anyone's feeling tired, it's the man who had been using him as a pillow the whole way, since he'd been lying on top of him for hours.

Thinking of this, Momo couldn't help but turn around and glance at the man on the sofa behind her.

Fu Yungui was sitting there lazily, talking to Anu and Sawa who were sitting opposite him. His voice was not loud, and it was not easy to hear him from here.

However, Momo could guess from Sawa's expression that it was probably a business matter, since there weren't many times when Sawa would appear so serious.

Thinking of this, the girl glanced at it a few times, then immediately looked away and looked at Su He again.

"Mom, let's go upstairs. I have something to tell you."

Upon hearing this, Su He glanced at the person not far away, then at her daughter who was right in front of her. From the smile on her face, she could guess what it was about.

"Okay." She smiled.

In the room upstairs, Momo and Suhe sat down facing each other.

The girl was a little embarrassed. She sat there, and before she could say a word, her face turned slightly red.

She rubbed her fingers together, then looked up.

"Mom..." The girl's voice was slightly shy, especially after meeting Su He's gaze.

Su He glanced at her, then smiled, her tone gentle and patient, "Is there something you want to say?"

"Then just say it directly."

Although she already knew what she was going to say, she still didn't want to speak first; she wanted to hear Momo say it herself.

“Yes.” Momo paused for a moment. “You should know by now, Fu Yungui proposed to me in Istanbul.”

Su He nodded in agreement. She already knew this; she had received the news that very night.

“I followed my heart and agreed to his request.”

"So, we've decided to get married now."

The girl spoke these words with firmness and seriousness.

Su He smiled knowingly upon hearing this, "Have you thought it through?"

Momo nodded, "Yes."

"That's fine then." Su He said with a smile.

She had already learned about these things the night before they were to leave for Istanbul.

The first thing they did upon their return was to hold a wedding.

That night, Fu Yungui explained all of the plans to her very clearly and also sought her opinion.

At the time, Su He only said one sentence: If Momo thinks it's okay, then it's okay for her.

So it seems there's absolutely no problem.

Momo wasn't surprised by her mother's reaction; it was entirely within her expectations. However, when it came to such a significant matter as marriage, her mother's opinion still needed to be sought.

"So, Mom, what are your thoughts?" the girl asked again.

Su He paused slightly, then slowly said, "Yes."

"But it's not really a thought, just some things Mom wants to say to you."

As she spoke, Su He took her daughter's hand and said, "Momo, I know Fu Yungui is very rich. If you marry him, you will never have to worry about money after marriage."

"But what I want to say is that although our family is not that rich, your father and I have saved some money over the years."

Upon hearing this, Momo understood what her mother meant and immediately refused, "No, I don't want to."

"Mom, keep it for yourself, it's from Dad."

Suhe knew exactly what she was thinking; after all, she knew her own daughter well.

From childhood to adulthood, she has always been a good child who considers others.

No matter what the matter is, he always considers her and Sanlin's feelings first, and then his own.

Thinking of this, Su He's eyes welled up with tears. "Dad also left some for you."

“Mom won’t take the money that belongs to you,” Su He said seriously. “Of course, Mom will keep the money that belongs to her.”

How about this?

Momo still wanted to shake her head, but seeing the hope and longing on her mother's face, she hesitated slightly.

There was no refusal, but no acceptance either.
