Chapter 277 As long as it's you, that's enough.

Chapter 277 As long as it's you, that's enough.

Whether he knows what it is or not is not important; as long as it makes her happy, that's enough.

As the man thought this, he unconsciously tightened his grip slightly.

Momo suddenly felt his power and immediately looked up.

The man's gaze fell upon her as well. He glanced at her eyes, which were bathed in moonlight and looked as gentle as two pearls.

Fu Yungui couldn't help but curl the corners of his lips into a smile.

"Huang Momo, what are your requirements or ideas for the wedding?"

“You can tell me anything.”

Momo was taken aback when she heard this.

She hadn't expected him to ask this so suddenly. She really hadn't had time to think about the wedding, and when asked this question, her mind went blank.

The girl tilted her head and actually thought about it seriously.

Most girls in their teenage years have probably thought about this question, especially after they have someone they admire. At night, such images will always float into their minds.

What kind of person will I marry in the future, and what will my wedding be like?

Momo was no exception, but her youth was always centered around one person, although her feelings were not obvious and Bian Xi did not respond.

However, she did indeed think about it, or rather, she had hoped for it.

In a sacred church, you walk down the aisle with the one you love.

At that time, she thought it must have been one of the happiest things that had ever happened to her.

Later on, the two almost got married.

However, that fantasy was ultimately just a fleeting illusion; its beauty was momentary, but in the end, it still shattered.

Thinking of this, the girl couldn't help but feel a little sad.

She never imagined that one day she and Bian Xi would end up in such a tragic situation.

Momo paused for a moment, trying to shake off these painful memories. It was all over. No matter what, there was no going back to the past, and her father could not come back to life.

"What's wrong?" The man frowned as he looked at her increasingly somber face.

But if I ask about your wedding plans, will it bring back some bad memories?

Just thinking about it, a very unpleasant face inexplicably appeared in the man's mind.

Momo paused for a moment, then looked up at him after a moment. "It's nothing."

He looks so unhappy, yet he's still saying it's nothing.

The man released her hand, moved it up her arm, and put it on her shoulder. Then he raised his hand and touched her face. "Say what you want to say. What can't you tell me?"

Momo was taken aback, then immediately shook her head at him decisively, saying that she really couldn't say that.

If I say it, someone will get angry again.

The man glanced at her, his brows furrowing. Then, as if realizing something, he raised his voice.

"Huang Momo, are you disappointed in something?"

Momo was suddenly taken aback, probably because she felt guilty. She understood the half-sentence without hesitation.

"No, no," she denied without hesitation.

However, some things are more likely to be true the more you try to deny them.

Fu Yungui immediately stopped in his tracks, his face darkening. He pulled the person in front of him, then crossed his arms and leaned down to look at her.

"Do you know what I mean? You just deny it." The man said casually.

Momo was momentarily speechless, unable to refute his words.

Staring into the man's dark eyes, she instinctively wanted to avoid his gaze.

But the man seemed to have read her mind. As soon as she turned her head slightly, his large hand lifted her chin and turned her back to him.

"Why are you hiding?" the man raised an eyebrow.

Momo pursed her lips, forced to look at him, and her fair cheeks flushed red.

"I wasn't trying to hide, it's just that being stared at like that by you is a little..." The girl paused mid-sentence.

"A little nervous?" the man replied.

Momo was taken aback, and then she heard a light, airy sentence.

"Huang Momo, are you feeling guilty?"

The man looked at her with a smile.

"Were you just thinking about the wedding I ruined?"

Momo was stunned when she heard this, and then stared at him blankly with disbelief on her face.

Fu Yungui chuckled. Judging from her expression, he knew he had guessed correctly. Her thoughts were practically written all over her face; she couldn't hide them at all.

The man reached out and ruffled her hair, then put his arm around the girl's slender waist, put one hand in his pocket, and continued walking forward.

"I'll compensate you."

His tone remained nonchalant.

Momo paused for a moment, then turned to look at him.

Judging from his light tone and calm expression, this man wasn't angry this time.

It's unbelievable that they're so easy to talk to.

The man had felt that gaze fixed on his face for a long time, and he actually quite enjoyed it.

He lazily leaned on Momo's shoulder for support, enjoying the beautiful moment.

"Fu Yungui?" Momo called out to him.

"What?" the man hummed lazily.

"Actually, I was thinking about something from before, the time when I was about to marry Bian Xi..."

Momo thought that even if he didn't care at all, she still had to explain it to him.

Unnecessary misunderstandings should be avoided if possible.

If something needs to be clearly stated, it must not be left ambiguous.

"But I just suddenly remembered it. After all, we've known each other for a long time, but I didn't have any other thoughts about it."

"So please don't misunderstand," the girl said earnestly and sincerely.

As soon as she finished speaking, Momo looked up at him somewhat nervously.

Upon hearing this, the man chuckled and reached out to touch her face.

"knew."

"How stupid is that?"

Now, he doesn't care about any of that; the kitten's heart belongs entirely to him.

Even though she didn't explicitly say "I love you" to herself, her every action conveyed it.

Her heart and her people are by his side; that's enough. What more could he ask for?

Hearing this, Momo felt a little relieved and then said, "I don't have any ideas about the wedding. I'll leave everything to you."

"As long as it's you, that's enough."

The girl's voice was soft and faint, and it grew even softer as the conversation progressed.

But the man heard it clearly.

Fu Yungui stopped and turned around, his gaze more intense than flames.

Momo's face was already flushed. Being stared at like that by him made her heart race and her breathing quicken.

The man leaned closer, his hot and aggressive breath brushing against her neck. Momo felt a slight chill run down her back, as if she already knew what was about to happen.

"Huang Momo, say it again?" The man's voice was lazy and his tone gentle, coaxing the kitten.

Momo shook her head at him, suppressing a laugh.

The man frowned, but the next second, he felt a warm sensation on his lips.

Fu Yungui froze, and before he could react, Momo immediately got up and ran away from his arms.

"Going home."
