Chapter 68 The Insurmountable Wall (Thailand)
The man slammed her against the wall behind her, and in that instant, Momo felt as if her heart and lungs were about to burst.
She was breathing heavily when, in the next second, a warm, large hand completely blocked her breathing.
Momo's entire face was embedded in the man's palm, turning bright red. She reached out and grabbed his arm, which was pinching her, trying to find some space to breathe.
"Didn't you say you wanted to die?"
"What's the point of struggling now?"
That little bit of superhuman strength is only enough to crush an ant, but it still keeps going on and on with itself.
I don't know why they're wasting their time on this.
Momo felt her jawbone being pinched painfully, but she was still struggling.
Shawa could hear the commotion from a distance. The little girl was being bullied terribly by Brother Yun, and she was really pitiful. She insisted on fighting back against that man.
Can't a young girl learn to be more yielding?
This man is the type who responds better to gentle persuasion than force; sometimes when he gets angry, neither gentle persuasion nor force will work.
If you confront him head-on like that, you'll really be going against his temper, and he might torture you to death.
But why was he worrying about this girl? He still had news to tell her, and he didn't know how to bring it up so that he wouldn't become a punching bag for the angry man.
"Brother Yun..." Shawa called out tentatively first.
Then he covered his eyes and groped his way over, deliberately speaking with his back to them.
He dared not look around carelessly, lest he lose his sight.
He didn't want to come over either, afraid of disturbing Brother Yun's fun of bullying the girl and being retaliated against, but the matter was important and he didn't dare to delay.
"What are you doing!"
Sawa was taken aback; he could sense that the man was genuinely extremely displeased.
"Um... Night Hawk sent word that there's been progress on the heroin case, and they're asking when we can get to Thailand?"
After listening, Fu Yungui let go of her hand.
Momo paused, her breathing quickened, and after breaking free of his hand, she involuntarily shrank back.
Fu Yungui stared at her for a moment, then turned to look at Shava. Shava was still the same as before, her eyes half-covered. "Take your paws off, what are you pretending for?"
Sawa immediately put it down, then turned around and tentatively opened his eyes to take a look.
He chuckled sheepishly, "I know not to look at what is improper, I didn't see a thing."
The man ignored it and wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.
"Tell Anu to get ready; we'll be leaving shortly."
"Okay." Sawa quickly ran off.
Fu Yungui turned around and looked at that heartless woman again. Momo was leaning there with her head slightly lowered, panting. Her lips were red and swollen, and there were still glistening water stains on them.
He recalled the kiss from earlier. Although the woman was a bit stubborn, her lips were sweet and soft, almost addictive.
As Fu Yungui thought this, he couldn't help but glance at her again, then his eyes flickered slightly, and he spoke in a cold voice.
"Huang Momo, you have five minutes. Take your things and come with me."
Momo looked up, her eyes glistening with tears, which was very eye-catching.
She glanced at the man, then said nothing and walked straight home.
Fu Yungui stood behind her, watching her run home at breakneck speed. Anyone who didn't know better would think she was being chased by a ghost, running so recklessly.
When she came out again, two people followed her without any surprise.
Su He and Huang Sanlin both came out to see her off, both looking reluctant to part.
They're probably going to be all lovey-dovey for a while. He hates these kinds of scenes the most. It's not like they'll never see each other again, yet they act like it's a life-or-death separation.
"Momo, when you get there, listen to Uncle Fu and don't be naughty," Huang Sanlin instructed her.
Momo just kept nodding.
"Mr. Fu, I'm entrusting Momo to your care." Huang Sanlin spoke to the man next to him again, his tone still polite.
Fu Yungui looked indifferently at the person standing motionless to the side, who hung his head and remained silent, his face filled with resentment heavier than a ghost, even though Huang Sanlin was begging him for help.
Then he'd better take good care of him. Otherwise, if he doesn't take good care of him, next time it won't be as simple as just slashing his face; he might have to kill him with a knife.
Seeing that the man didn't respond to her father's words at all, Momo became worried. She was afraid that he would take his anger out on her father because she had just grabbed him.
She knew he wouldn't calm down right now.
"Don't worry, I'll take good care of her." The man's tone towards Huang Sanlin was still relatively polite.
Momo could detect a hint of gritted teeth in his voice, but it was already good enough that he said that; there was no way to expect much from his attitude.

"Then I'll trouble you, Mr. Fu." Su He thanked him as usual.
The man's eyes narrowed, and he remained silent.
He glanced at the woman beside him, and Momo immediately understood from his impatient gaze that he didn't want her to dawdle any longer.
He simply didn't have that much patience, especially since there was an urgent matter at hand.
She turned to look at her parents and said, "Mom and Dad, I'm leaving now. Take good care of yourselves, especially Dad, don't overwork yourself."
"Don't worry, Daddy has Mommy here, there won't be any problems, go on your way." Suhe touched her face.
"Yes, don't worry about us, just have fun and don't think about anything else," Huang Sanlin added.
Momo nodded, and despite her reluctance, she hugged them and followed Fu Yungui without looking back.
She couldn't turn back, because she knew that if she did, both sides would suffer even more.
Momo's figure disappeared into the alley, and that night, Bian Xi also disappeared from this land along with Momo.
Nobody knows where he went.
In the early hours of the morning, Savatthi flew his helicopter towards Thailand.
Momo sat inside, gazing at the twinkling lights of countless homes below.
She was about to leave this beautiful land and return to where the nightmare began.
Momo shrank to one side. She secretly glanced at the person next to her. Fu Yungui had an unlit cigarette in his mouth, leaned back, and was pretending to doze off with his eyes closed, completely ignoring her.
She turned her gaze back to the night view outside.
She had no mood to appreciate the beautiful night view at that moment.
There is no wall that your hopes cannot cross.
She had seen this sentence somewhere before, and at the time she felt deeply inspired, as if her whole soul had been inexplicably purified.
But now... after experiencing a series of events, she has begun to waver on that statement.
In such a cruel reality, even with faith in one's heart, one can never cross mountains and rivers, and in the end, one still kneels down at the foot of the high wall.
There will always be some people or things that become insurmountable walls for you.
And now, she is trapped under these high walls.
So it seems that the only thing she can do now is try to adapt to life under these high walls and then look for an opportunity to change her situation.
There was no other choice.
After several hours, we arrived at the helipad of Palm Bay Grand View Manor when the sun was already high in the sky.
