Chapter 46 Is Mr. Yan in the house?
Lu Qiongshuang obediently took the veil and put it on.
Jiang Xue said to Fu Dong, "Go and ask Xu Chong to rent a small carriage. We will wait at the end of the street first. You go down and buy me some cakes."
Fu Dong nodded and pushed open the carriage door and got out.
Jiang Xue sat down and closed her eyes to rest.
Lu Qiongshuang said, "Cousin, we are just going out to buy some clothes, why do we have to hide like this?"

Soon, the carriage stopped and Xu Chong's voice came from outside the carriage, "Your Highness, we're here."

Jiang Xue walked to the corridor and looked into the inner courtyard. The gate was very narrow and she could not see anything.
Fu Dong took a handkerchief and wiped the railing clean, then helped Jiang Xue sit down.
"He..." Lu Qiongshuang was about to speak when Jiang Xue glanced at her and realized that she had said the wrong thing. She quickly changed the subject and said, "Is Brother Yan so famous now? From what the kid said, it seems like there are many people lining up to see him?"
"Mr. Yan is known as the 'famous doctor of Jiaodong' in Beijing." Fu Dong reminded in a low voice.
Lu Qiongshuang raised her eyebrows. He was doing so well, but it seemed that she was just one step away from making a name for herself.
