Cage (2)
Li Qi fell asleep and forgot whether she shouted or not.
No matter what it was, just forget it. If possible, she hoped to forget all the tricks Feng Siji used on her tonight.
-
When Li Qi woke up, it was already the afternoon of the next day.
I was very tired, my limbs ached as if I had climbed a mountain all night, and I was also very hungry, my stomach was empty, and I didn't even have the strength to move.
My body felt refreshed, without the sticky feeling from last night. The mattress against my skin was also cool and clean, with a faint scent of soap lingering in my nose. I guess Feng Siji had already taken care of it.
Li Qi tilted her head slightly and saw the snow falling outside the window and the figure standing by the window.
As soon as she saw him, her legs felt inexplicably weak and she wanted to close her eyes and pretend to sleep, but he had already noticed her. He slowly walked over and sat down beside her. He touched her cheek and said softly, "Today is New Year's Eve. Li Qi, it's New Year's Eve."
He felt indescribable satisfaction. After knowing each other for so long, this was the first time he had truly celebrated the New Year with her.
He wanted to have a good time this year, turn over the old year with her, and welcome everything new together, including a new beginning between them.
She didn't respond. Feng Siji bent down and placed his forehead against hers affectionately. "How do you want to spend this year?"
Li Qi looked at his face so close to her and said, "I want to go to Ping'an Village."
After a pause, she emphasized: "I want to go alone."
She stared into his eyes, wanting to see his reaction, but he just smiled faintly, ignoring her last words. He reached out to help her up and said, "Get up and eat. We'll go together after dinner."
Li Qi dodged his hand and said, "I said I would go by myself."
Feng Siji looked at his empty hand and his smile gradually disappeared.
Li Qi suddenly felt the temperature in the room drop. She looked at him with a slight uneasiness. After a long while, he withdrew his hand, which had been frozen in mid-air, and asked, "You invited me at the ancestral hall to accompany you to Ping'an Village this year. Why do you want to go alone now?"
Li Qi explained: "That was before, it's different now."
Feng Si laughed out loud, but his eyes slowly filled with frost. That look scared Li Qi, and she felt like he could strangle her to death in the next moment. She quickly ducked her head, but he was faster. He leaned over and grabbed her shoulders, staring at her coldly and questioning, "What's different now? If there is any difference, it's that we're closer."
He was so strong that his shoulder was almost crushed by him. He looked at her with a ferocious look, and he looked like a demon crawling out of the Avici Hell.
Li Qi shrieked, "I don't belong to anyone."
"Not belonging?" As soon as his sinister tone fell, Li Qi felt a gust of cold wind invading her legs, so cold that she shivered all over. He stroked her with his palm, bringing a scorching heat: "Then what is this?"
Li Qi looked in the direction of his palm and saw bruises all over her smooth white calves and ankles.
The image of him grabbing her ankle last night emerged in her mind, as crazy as a storm hitting the eaves and tiles of a house.
It had clearly passed, but when she saw the purple colors, she felt the inescapable feeling of floating and sinking sweeping over her from all directions again.
Li Qi was so ashamed and angry that her fair cheeks turned blue and red.
He patted her little face and said, "Get up and have dinner. I'll go to Ping'an Village with you."
Li Qi didn't move, just stared at him with annoyance.
He stared at her for a long while, then suddenly bent down. Li Qi subconsciously stepped back, accidentally pulling her body, causing her to scream in pain. During this painful gap, he successfully picked her up.
Her body was suddenly suspended in the air, and Li Qi subconsciously reached out and grabbed his neck to prevent herself from falling.
She struggled and tried to get down, but Feng Siji didn't give her a chance. He carried her to the table and made her face him, sitting on his lap.
Face to face like this, he could see every subtle expression on her face and her fluttering eyelashes.
After washing her last night, I just found a loose shirt for her to cover her so that she could sleep comfortably.
The collar of her shirt is loose, revealing her delicate and beautiful collarbone.
A graceful body, held in his arms, was as soft as if it had no bones. He greedily hugged her tighter.
In the past, people believed that people who practiced martial arts were rough, but after Li Qi practiced martial arts, her body became graceful and soft as silk.
Her porcelain-white skin, illuminated by the charcoal fire beside the table, seemed to be shimmering with light, which was intoxicating.
He looked into her eyes in fascination, scooped some porridge with a spoon and brought it to her lips.
She turned away from the food, feeling like a lamb waiting to be slaughtered. Sitting in this strange position, leaning against his chest, she felt so ashamed and angry that her face went numb.
Li Qi closed her lips and refused to eat the porridge he brought her. The hot steam of the porridge curled up and lingered on her cheeks. As she smelled the fragrance, her stomach growled in a very shameless way.
She suddenly felt her whole body burning hot, and she didn't know where to put her hands and feet. She buried her head deeply, trying to deceive herself that he couldn't see her.
The hand that was holding her slender waist tightened its grip, pulling her close to his chest. He glanced at her with a sinister look, "Do you think you can leave me if you starve yourself to death?"
She hadn't eaten last night and had been up all night, so she really didn't have the energy to deal with him. She just lay limply in his arms, warming herself by the charcoal fire, and trying her best to avoid his gaze.
He pursed his lips and said, "It's better not to think like that. Even if you die, I will carve my name on your corpse, so that even death will belong to you."
Li Qi had never been treated like this before. For the past twenty years, she had been the only one scheming and threatening others, acting cautiously at every step. She couldn't stand it any longer and shouted angrily, "Feng Siji!"
But because she hadn't eaten, her voice was soft, like she was acting coquettishly, and her peach blossom eyes were filled with hard anger.
"I'm right in front of you, why are you shouting so loudly?"
Feng Siji said this, as if to let her know that he was by her side. The hand around her waist rose and fell, and he slapped her waist and hips viciously.
Li Qi shrank suddenly, straightened her back, and stared at him in disbelief.
His face was still that gentle and clean one, with a smooth forehead, a high nose, thin lips, and a scholarly air at the corners of his eyes.
He said, "Don't want to eat? I have plenty of ways to make you eat it."
After saying that, he put the spoonful of porridge into his mouth, his dark eyes fixed on her, and chewed slowly.
As Li Qi looked at him, she suddenly felt creepy, and the place on her waist where he was holding her seemed to be covered with hair.
In all the years she had been working hard and doing whatever it took, no one had ever made her feel this terrified.
She covered his mouth with her hand, not wanting to see him staring at her while chewing anymore, because he didn't look like he was eating the food, but rather eating her.
"I'll eat it." She felt that if she didn't eat it, his eyes would seem as if he wanted to chew the food into pieces and pass it to her... Thinking of that scene, she felt so nauseous that she wanted to vomit.
But he glanced at her and his eyes fell on her lips, his gaze dark and gloomy: "What do you want to do?"
She choked and suppressed the urge to vomit: "Can't I eat it?"
Feng Siji stared at her red face which was filled with embarrassment and anger, and poured another bowl of porridge to her lips.
She drank it in one mouthful, and when her lips slightly opened, her wet and soft tongue and cute pearly teeth were revealed.
Feng Siji took a deep breath.
Li Qi suddenly felt a stone under her seat poking her. She was stunned for a moment, then without thinking, she slapped him, but he grabbed her hand and she watched him put her hand into his mouth.
...soft and slippery, it passed over every inch of her fingers.
She looked at him in panic, feeling that the person in front of her was both familiar and unfamiliar.
The look on his face when he sucked her finger was like the excitement of a gambler who won tens of millions of taels at the gambling table, and at the same time, he was looking forward to the next gambling game.
Li Qi was really panicked. She had never felt this panicked in many years. She wanted to withdraw her hand, but he held it very tightly. He promised her while staring at her without blinking.
She felt a chill in her heart, as if the thing being sucked was not a finger, but her...
Several incense sticks were used up during this meal. A light snow was falling outside the window, but the spring scenery inside was surprisingly warm. From time to time, one could still hear the gurgling sound of a spring stream, mixed with the low sobs of a woman.
-
It was already the hour of Xu when the carriage set off for Ping'an Village.
Winter nights come quickly, and the sky and the earth are covered with a grayish dark color.
As the carriage creaked, the string of bells on Li Qi's ankles also jingled. She lowered her head and looked at it. She didn't like it very much and wanted to take it off.
Feng Siji gave her a warning look, and she suddenly felt weak deep in her abdomen and dared not move.
He had tied it for her when he was dressing her before going out.
A silver bell in the shape of a snake, in the Miao style, with a crisp sound. His name was engraved on the bell.
She believed that he had prepared this anklet long ago, because when he took it out, the clasp of the anklet box had been rubbed so hard that the paint had fallen off.
He liked to use cheap boxes to pack expensive things. For example, when he gave her Jue Yin, he just asked Ye Shu to wrap it in a piece of coarse cloth.
The box that contained the anklet was naturally ordinary, painted. He touched it so many times that the paint naturally fell off when he put the buckle on it.
Li Qi felt a little scared when she thought about it. It turned out that he had already started preparing for this day.
"I advise you not to try any tricks to call for help," he suddenly reminded me.
Li Qi raised her eyes and realized that he thought she was thinking about how to escape. She crossed her arms and gave him a disgusted look: "Envoy Feng, you are overthinking it. My reputation in Kyoto is terrible. Even if I call for help, who will pay attention to me?"
They all wish she was dead.
Hearing her indifferent tone, Feng Siji frowned and thought deeply.
She never seemed to care how others treated her.

Ping'an Village is brightly lit, and the joy of the New Year fills every household here.
The people living here are all refugees from Yunzhou. When Li Qi first came to Kyoto, he followed Zhang Zhouzhu and pledged allegiance to him. He came into contact with He Zhangjing and took over these refugees who were originally under He Zhangjing's command.
As soon as we arrived at Ping'an Village, we saw Dong Linche and Shan Min waiting with some people of similar age.
Li Qi guiltily shook off Feng Siji's hand that was holding her tightly.
