Time passed again, and it was the evening of the second day. Chi Musheng brought a cake to the entrance of the clinic and knocked twice.
"Sister Yuling, I've come to celebrate your birthday!"
One second, two seconds, three seconds, ... ten seconds passed without any movement.
He was a little confused. Could it be that she wasn't home? That shouldn't be the case.
Just as he was about to reach out and knock on the door, it suddenly opened from the inside. Cui Yuling was dressed in a red dress with a golden phoenix embroidered on it, somewhat resembling a wedding gown.
Her bright eyebrows and white teeth made her small face captivating with a smile.
"I'm sorry, little brother, it took me a little while to get ready. A 500th birthday celebration should be a bit more formal."
Chi Musheng first shook his head slightly to indicate his disagreement, then looked at him with his eyes and smiled slightly in response.
"It's alright, little brother will wait no matter how late it is. No need for shades of green or deep red; tonight, I am the most beautiful of all the flowers."
It's normal for a girl to celebrate her birthday. Besides, Cui Yuling is truly beautiful today, more beautiful than ever before.
Upon hearing this, Cui Yuling covered her face, seemingly a little shy.
"My little brother's words are still so sweet; I wish his body were that sweet too!"
"Forehead"
Chi Musheng really couldn't respond to this. Sister, there's a limit to speeding. What do you mean by saying that his body would be just as sweet? He's not candy, are you planning to suck on him?
"Alright, I'm not teasing you anymore, you brat, it's not sweet at all."
Cui Yuling playfully tapped Chi Musheng's forehead with her finger, then turned around and let Chi Musheng in.
As soon as Chi Musheng stepped into the room, he felt a sandalwood fragrance swirling in the air, captivating his heart. The entire room was decorated in red, creating a festive atmosphere.
It looks like a woman getting married, but it's understandable, after all, it's her 500th birthday.
"How about it? Isn't the atmosphere amazing, considering I'm a demon myself?"
Cui Yuling spread her hands, her skirt swirling around as she showed off her accomplishment to the person she liked.
"How about the younger brother gives his older sister some feedback?"
"Hmm," Chi Musheng said after thinking for a moment.
"I think it's like a woman getting married."
Upon hearing this, Cui Yuling put one hand on her hip and pointed at Chi Musheng, scolding him.
"Alright, you brat, it's my 500th birthday, and you're saying I'm getting married? Are you looking for a beating?"
Sure enough, it was that brat brother again. Your sister's thoughts didn't escape your notice. Unfortunately, you were already fooled the moment you walked in.
What is love in this world that makes people so infatuated with each other?
Chi Musheng looked at the empty table and asked tentatively.
"Then, should the younger brother cook a meal for his older sister as an apology?"
On her birthday, although he brought a cake as a gift, he knew that Cui Yuling didn't like sweets. She would only have a small bite and never eat more.
"No, that's too easy on you. Let's play some games tonight."
Cui Yuling picked up the dice from the table and said.
"Little brother, let's play a truth-or-dare game. One person rolls the dice, and the other guesses whether it's high or low. The person who guesses correctly wins, and the person who rolls the dice drinks. If they guess wrong, they have to answer a truth-or-dare question."
Chi Musheng stared at the dice, feeling a little uneasy. Drinking with clients could easily lead to trouble, and he couldn't afford to play this game of truth or dare.
Seeing that Chi Musheng dared not agree, Cui Yuling directly pushed the dice to Chi Musheng.
"Little brat, you can't even play this simple game? How about this, I'll let you roll the dice first. If you still don't agree, you're not giving me face. It's my birthday, and you won't even play a little game with me?"
Cui Yuling's scrutinizing gaze left Chi Musheng with no way to avoid it, because refusing would indeed seem inappropriate, but agreeing would feel like there was some kind of conspiracy involved.
"Little brother, don't overthink it, just say yes to your big sister!"
Cui Yuling grabbed Chi Musheng's hand and shook it.
For some reason, Chi Musheng was a little confused and let down his guard against Cui Yuling, so he agreed.
"good"
Cui Yuling smiled slightly, waved her five fingers in front of Chi Musheng's eyes, and said softly.
"The younger brother still loves his older sister, so let's begin now."
Upon hearing this, Chi Musheng picked up the dice and shook them. After a moment, he stopped, and the dice stopped as well.
"Hmm~ Let me guess, it must be big."
Cui Yuling said confidently.
Because she wasn't afraid of right or wrong. If she was right, her brat would drink; if she was wrong, she could just answer a question. In any case, with such a tight net, not only men, but even women would have to obediently submit.
Chi Musheng flipped over the dice; it was a one. Cui Yuling had guessed wrong. He then smiled and said.
"Sister, you guessed wrong. Your brother has a question for you."
"Since my brother has asked, I will certainly answer everything I know."
A strange light flickered in Cui Yuling's eyes as she lazily sized up Chi Musheng—no, her prey.
Chi Musheng blushed and said earnestly.
"I'm very curious, you wicked little fox, who taught you those things? And that line, 'Friends need children to maintain their relationship,' was it you?"
"?"
Cui Yuling was stunned for a second. The incense she lit had a brain-hypnotic effect, which could subtly hypnotize people and make them unconsciously reveal their true feelings. But what the hell was this black-hearted little fox?
Could it be that her little brother gave Rongrong that nickname? No, she had to ask.
"Little brother, who is this wicked little fox you're talking about?"
Chi Musheng shook his head and slammed his hand on the table.
"Of course it's Tu Shan Rongrong! Isn't she a black-hearted little fox?"
"Forehead"
Cui Yuling was completely taken aback. Well, it seemed there really was nothing wrong with it. After confirming that it was correct, she readily admitted it.
