Chapter 261 Not Planning to Go Public Yet
"Are you kidding me?" Sang Ruo glared at Sang Yun in front of her. "Are you kidding me with death?"
"My mom was just in a hurry, that's why..."
Before Sang Yun could finish speaking, Bo Jinyan interrupted her: "Stop business immediately and return the house to Sang Ruo. If you continue to cause trouble, don't blame me for being impolite."
Sang Yun and Zhang Qingxiu's expressions changed drastically.
But a man like Bo Jinyan is someone they wouldn't dare to mess with.
Zhang Qingxiu stood silently to the side, sobbing continuously.
Sang Yun couldn't bear to see her mother so aggrieved, so she quickly said, "We can agree to stop operating, but we can't give the house back to her."
Upon hearing this, Bo Jinyan's gaze turned icy as he looked at her.
He suddenly approached her step by step, emanating a terrifying chill from his entire body.
Sang Yun nervously stepped back, instinctively reaching out to grab her mother Zhang Qingxiu's hand, her face showing unease.
Sang Ruo watched this scene quietly without saying a word.
"I was originally planning to go easy on you because you're Miss Sang's family." Bo Jinyan continued to approach, his eyes filled with coldness, even colder than the icy snow outside: "What? Are you planning for me to be ruthless towards you?"
"I……"
Sang Yun was instantly terrified and turned pale, unsure of how to respond.
Zhang Qingxiu gritted her teeth and blurted out, "This house is currently in my name. Does Mr. Bo intend to just take it away?"
"This house was left to Sang Ruo by my grandfather; you took it away without cause." Bo Jinyan's tone grew increasingly cold: "If you insist on keeping it, I don't mind fighting you to the end!"
Zhang Qingxiu was so angry that her chest was heaving.
A wave of dizziness washed over me in an instant.
"Mom, what's wrong?"
Sang Yun nervously reached out and grabbed Zhang Qingxiu's hand.
"I'm not feeling well, let's talk about this later..."
Zhang Qingxiu steadied herself and quickly left with her daughter.
Bo Jinyan stared at their departing figures, his face filled with coldness.
Sang Ruo glanced at the man's back, then quickly approached: "Why did you suddenly come?"
The man turned around at the sound of her voice, gazing at her quietly, his tone becoming extremely gentle: "I missed you, so I came to see you."
He suddenly reached out and pulled her into his arms.
Sang Ruo quickly raised her eyes and glanced at the man in front of her.
When their eyes met, she sensed an ambiguous atmosphere in the man's eyes.
Although they are indoors, there's no guarantee that Bo Jinzhou's spies might be lurking nearby. She can't let Bo Jinzhou know about their relationship yet.
She reached out and placed her hand against the man's chest, pushing him away.
"Xiao Ruo, why did you push me away?"
Bo Jinyan looked at her with a puzzled expression, his brows involuntarily furrowing slightly.
Sang Ruo immediately changed the subject: "Have you eaten? I'm a little hungry and want to go eat."
Even after being pushed away, the man showed no sign of anger, reaching out to touch her hair: "What would you like to eat? I'll take you there. Is Linlin in the lounge?"
“Yes.” Sang Ruo quickly walked over there: “I’ll go and bring her out.”
After Song Linlin came out of the lounge, she immediately saw Bo Jinyan: "Godfather, you're here..."
"Linlin." Bo Jinyan quickly extended his hand: "Godfather will take you to eat."
Song Linlin reached out without hesitation: "Okay."
Upon arriving at the restaurant, the group sat down on one side of the Western-style dining area.
After the steak was served, Bo Jinyan carefully cut it for Ti Sanruo and Song Linlin.
"Mom, why are you having dinner with your uncle?"
Sang Ruo had only taken a few bites when she heard a familiar voice suddenly come from behind her.
Hearing the sound, he turned his head and immediately saw the child behind him.
Bo Jinzhou and Liang Yuxin took Bo Yukang out for dinner.
"My godfather came all the way here to treat us to dinner," Song Linlin muttered softly. "Is there a problem?"
"Recently, Miss Sang seems to be getting quite close to Mr. Bo. If this gets out, it doesn't seem very appropriate, does it? After all, you and Jin Zhou just got divorced!"
Liang Yuxin's gaze lingered between the two of them before finally settling on Sang Ruo's face.
Sang Ruo put down her knife and fork, looked up at her, and said in a deep voice, "Mr. Bo is Linlin's godfather. Isn't it normal for them to have a meal together? Miss Liang, you're even interfering in this kind of thing?"
Liang Yuxin was speechless for a moment, but because Bo Jinyan was there, she suddenly dared not say anything more.
Bo Jinzhou's gaze lingered between Sang Ruo and Bo Jinyan.
After a long pause, he said softly, "I think Xin Xin is right. After all, we just got divorced. I suggest you keep your distance from other men, even your brother-in-law, to avoid gossip..."
He had barely finished speaking when Bo Jinyan bluntly asked, "What? Does my nephew suspect that there's something going on between me and Miss Sang?"
Upon hearing this, Sang Ruo immediately turned her head, looking at the man opposite her with a surprised expression.
Bo Jinzhou had clearly begun to suspect their relationship, so why did Bo Jinyan say such ambiguous things at this critical juncture? Wasn't that exactly what they wanted?
Bo Jinzhou fixed his gaze on the man, his eyes unusually deep.
Bo Jinyan was holding a wet wipe, slowly wiping the back of his hand, his expression unusually indifferent.
Bo Jinzhou rested his hands on the dining table, looking down at the man in front of him: "It's not that I suspect my uncle, but my uncle and my ex-wife have been getting too close lately, it's hard not to be suspicious."
"So?" Bo Jinyan tossed the napkin onto the table, leaned back in his chair, and stared at him with a cold, calculating expression.
"In my humble opinion, what kind of relationship do we currently have?"
Upon hearing this, Sang Ruo's hand, which was resting on her lap, involuntarily clenched for a moment.
What exactly does Bo Jinyan want to do?
Could it be that they're really planning to expose their relationship?
But she doesn't plan to go public yet...
After all, they just got divorced. If news of them getting back together spreads, Bo Jinzhou probably won't let them off the hook.
Things had finally gotten a little more peaceful around her, and she wanted to live a stable life for a while.
Bo Jinzhou stared at him silently, speechless for a moment, unable to say anything.
Bo Jinyan tapped the tabletop lightly with his fingertips, his tone growing increasingly cold: "I hope you won't fabricate things out of thin air without evidence. I think you should know my temper..."
The man didn't continue speaking.
An extremely deep and somber aura instantly enveloped the surroundings.
After listening to his words, Sang Ruo's mood gradually calmed down.
It seems he has no intention of revealing their relationship for the time being...
