Chapter 376 It Feels Like Starting a Family
After dinner, Sang Ruo went back to her room to pack her clothes. Bo Jinyan pushed open the door and walked in, hugging her from behind.
"It feels so good to be able to see you when I get home."
He buried his head in her neck and gently kissed it.
Sang Ruo's hand, which was hanging up clothes, suddenly paused for a moment.
She turned to look at him, a faint smile playing on her lips: "I feel pretty good too, it's like..."
She didn't continue speaking after that.
The man in front of him asked with curiosity in his eyes, "What's that?"
Sang Ruo's face involuntarily flushed red, but she suddenly found it difficult to speak.
The man turned her around, grabbed her shoulders, and pressed her against the glass of the wardrobe: "Speak up! Why did you suddenly stop talking?"
Sang Ruo raised her eyes, looked at the man's handsome features, and finally blurted out, "It gives me a feeling of starting a family..."
After hearing her words, Bo Jinyan could no longer suppress the smile on his lips.
He reached out, cupped her face, and placed a light kiss on her lips.
His nose touched hers, and his voice was exceptionally gentle: "Shall we get married?"
Sang Ruo's back stiffened for a moment.
I never expected that Bo Jinyan would make such a request.
But at this critical juncture, it's not a good time to get married, and she's not mentally prepared at all, so how could she possibly agree to it?
But not wanting to refuse directly, she gently pushed him away: "Can I take this as you proposing to me? There's no sense of ceremony at all, I'm not saying yes!"
Bo Jinyan listened to her half-joking, half-serious words, and his smile suddenly deepened: "Okay, then I'll choose a good day to propose to you. Will you say yes?"
Sang Ruo panicked even more now.
Why is he taking this so seriously?
She cleared her throat subconsciously, then said calmly, "Then we'll see how you perform."
Bo Jinyan pulled her into his arms and lowered his head to kiss her lips.
Sang Ruo reached out to block his chest: "Stop fooling around, I still need to put Linlin to sleep later!"
Disappointment was evident in the man's eyes: "Linlin, you're not a child anymore. Do you still need to be coaxed to sleep?"
“It’s her first day here, and she’s not familiar with the environment. She’s sleeping alone at night, so I’m worried she won’t be able to sleep. I definitely need to go and comfort her.”
"Okay! I'll go take a shower first, come back soon."
"Okay." Sang Ruo opened the wardrobe, picked up his bathrobe, and handed it to him: "Go!"
Bo Jin reached out and pinched her cheek, then turned and walked towards the bathroom.
As Sang Ruo watched the man's departing figure, she could no longer suppress the smile on her lips.
This feeling is so wonderful.
She realized that it was so wonderful for two people who truly loved each other to live together; she had never experienced anything like it before.
When she was having marital relations with Bo Jinzhou, she was always the one waiting for him.
I'm either waiting for him or for my son.
But this man doesn't exhibit any concept of waiting.
On the contrary, he was the one who waited for her. Whether they were having a meal together or going out for a trip, he was always the first to arrive, and she never had to worry about anything.
This is probably the difference between true love and not love, right?
That night, the two did nothing but fall into a deep sleep, holding each other.
The next day, when Sang Ruo woke up, the man was no longer beside her.
She had gotten up late, and when she got downstairs, she heard from Aunt Feng that Bo Jinyan had already sent the child to school.
The current situation really resembles the happy life of a family of three.
When Sang Ruo arrived at the hospital, it was already close to ten o'clock.
I had only been sitting at the consultation table for a short while when a tall figure walked in from the doorway.
She raised her eyes, and when their eyes met, her brows furrowed slightly involuntarily.
Because the person who came in was Bo Jinzhou.
"Mr. Bo, if you need to see a doctor, please register here. If you don't need to see a doctor, please wait in the waiting area..."
Before Chen Wuye could finish speaking, the man strode quickly toward her.
While Sang Ruo was still taking the patient's pulse, her wrist was suddenly grabbed by Bo Jinzhou, who then led her to the rest room.
A look of surprise crossed the patient's face: "What's going on? You haven't even finished taking my pulse yet!"
Seeing this, Chen Wuye quickly sat down at the consultation table: "It's alright! Let me take your pulse. I guess they have something important to discuss..."
"Bang--"
The loud sound of the door closing echoed throughout every corner of the lounge.
"What are you doing? Can't you see I'm working? What's wrong with you?"
Sang Ruo raised her eyes, glaring angrily at the man in front of her, her eyes filled with coldness.
Bo Jinzhou didn't respond to her question, but bluntly asked, "You moved to Qinyuan Bay?"
When Sang Ruo raised her eyes and met his gaze, she saw a crimson aura deep within his eyes.
Her expression grew increasingly grim: "You came here just to ask about this?"
"I'm asking you, is it true? You really moved to Qinyuan Bay with that child?"
Bo Jinzhou's voice rose an octave.
Sang Ruo didn't mince words: "Yes! We moved there yesterday. Is there a problem? What's it to you?"
"What do you mean? Living together before marriage? I remember you weren't this casual before, how come you've become so carefree now?"
"He's my lover, why can't I move in with him? Besides, we've done everything we should and shouldn't have done, so why would we care about living together?"
"You've really changed, you're so different now, I don't recognize you at all..."
Sang Ruo interrupted him, "I was once sent to prison by you and Bo Yukang, and after I got out, your little lover almost cost me my life. After going through so much, how could I not change?"
"So you're really planning to marry him?"
Whether we get married or not is our business and has nothing to do with you. At least I'm satisfied with the current situation. When we were at Youfenglou, you could come and harass me in the middle of the night, but would you dare to come here in Qinyuan Bay?
Sang Ruo curled her lips into a cold smile: "I'm afraid your uncle will kick you out before you even get close!"
Bo Jinzhou looked at her in disbelief: "So you moved there to avoid me?"
"It's not so much about hiding, because you're not that important to me..."
Bo Jinzhou suddenly reached out and grabbed her wrist, staring intently at her: "If you don't plan to marry him, don't live with him, otherwise you'll be the one who suffers!"
