After the tax commissioners left, one of the tax officials asked, "Rupert, what do we do now?"

The other five nodded in agreement, saying, "Yes."

Rupert quickly replied, "Mr. Shen, you flatter me."
Shen Dong patted him on the shoulder and said, "If you encounter any difficulties in the future, you can come to me."
Rupert said, "Thank you, Mr. Shen."
After Shen Dong left, Rupert breathed a sigh of relief.
He knew he had finally gotten through this ordeal.
