Qiao Dingan said calmly, "Mr. Kadar, there is a murder case that involves you, and we need to ask you about the situation."

He has been tyrannical in Hong Kong for so many years, and at least eighty, if not a hundred, people have died at his hands.
He wasn't really sure which case Qiao Ding'an was referring to.
"What case?" Kadar asked.
Qiao Dingan said, "The Legislative Council President Ross has a daughter who has been missing for ten years. You should know about this, right?"
Kadar responded with an "Oh," and said, "I know. It's not a secret within the Hong Kong government."
When Ross's daughter was mentioned, Kadar felt relieved.
Back then, he didn't know that the girl he had his eye on was Ross's daughter.
Only after finishing the business did I see the photos in the girl's bag.
Knowing full well that Ross was not an easy person to deal with, he went all out and killed both girls.
So many years have passed, and Kadar simply cannot believe they will trace it back to him.
Qiao Ding'an stared intently at Kadar and said, "Someone reported that you raped and murdered Mr. Ross's daughter and another girl on a yacht, and then threw their bodies into the sea."
"Nonsense."
Kadar retorted sharply, "That's bullshit. How old am I? How could I do such a thing? Director Qiao, call the whistleblower over. I want to confront him."
Qiao Ding'an said, "You know the whistleblower, it's Mr. Ross himself. He spent ten years investigating his daughter's disappearance and finally found evidence. Mr. Kadar, I advise you to turn yourself in; perhaps the judge will give you a shorter sentence."
Cai Yuanqi chimed in, "If you tell the truth at this time, we can consider it a confession."
Kadar laughed loudly and said, "You're actually using this on me? That's hilarious. I won't answer any more of your questions until my lawyer arrives."
Qiao Ding'an and Cai Yuanqi exchanged a glance and stood up at the same time.
“Mr. Kadar, since you are so uncooperative, let’s end this interrogation here,” Qiao Ding’an said.
Kadar realized something was wrong and asked, "What do you mean by interrogation?"
Cai Yuanqi said, "We have already submitted the evidence to the court, and you are now a criminal suspect. You can see a lawyer if you want, but you can only do so in prison."
Qiao Ding'an said, "Someone, take Mr. Kadar out."
Two policemen entered the interrogation room, handcuffed Kadar, and dragged him out.
"Damn it, I was the former Consul General of Hong Kong Island, you can't treat me like this."
Kadar shouted as he walked out, only to run into Ross.
Ross's eyes were practically spitting fire. He rushed up to Kadar and kicked him hard in the stomach.
"Khadar, you bastard, I'm going to kill you."
Seeing that things were getting out of hand, the police officer next to him quickly stopped Ross.
Kadar roared, "Ross, are you fucking crazy?"
Ross gritted his teeth and said, "I'm insane. I want to tear you to pieces."
Kadar said, "I am innocent. I don't even know your daughter."
"Ha ha ha ha"
Ross, seemingly insane, said, "Don't you recognize her? If you didn't know she was my daughter, perhaps she could have lived. But because you saw our photos and knew she was my daughter, you took her life. Kadar, the net of heaven is vast, and though its meshes are wide, nothing escapes it. You thought you had done everything perfectly, but little did you know that God had recorded your entire act of murder. Today, I will avenge my poor daughter."
Kadar's face turned deathly pale instantly.
He understood the implied meaning in Ross's words.
Ross even knew that he had seen the photos of the father and daughter, which speaks volumes.

There were fewer than ten people on that cruise ship at the time, and they were all his accomplices, so it was impossible for them to betray him.
Even if they wanted to betray them, they wouldn't have had time to put cameras inside.

Kadar's mind raced, and he quickly focused his suspicions on Jack.

That evening, with her face flushed, Ou Yongen lay in Shen Dong's arms and whispered, "Is Kadar's matter related to you and my godfather?"
