Chapter 536 The Way of Primordial Simplicity, Seventy-Two Transformations

At the highest point of the heavens, high in the sky.

At the border between the Northern Demon Kingdom and the Central Divine Land, at the very top of the Nine Heavens, near the outer void.

Bai Cang sat cross-legged high in the sky, seemingly unshielded, but hidden in the layers of spacetime around him were the "Nine-Bend Yellow River Formation," the "Heavenly Demon Child," the "Taiyi Child," and other array treasures, as well as the "Taiyin Blade" and the "Taihuang Seal" roaming in all directions.

He was surrounded by endless white light, like clouds and mist, making his figure appear and disappear, as if it were pixelated.

Then there are the two energies of Yin and Yang, black and white, which intertwine to form the Taiji Heavenly Wheel, evolving the Eight Primordial Scenes and all phenomena of heaven and earth.

It was as if his entire being had transformed into a primordial Tai Chi diagram.

Yin and Yang flow and transform, creating the universe; above is Heaven, and below is Earth.

The two trigrams Qian and Kun give rise to the six voids, which together form the eight scenes, flowing endlessly.

After the "Primordial Heavenly Demon True Body" is forged, Bai Cang can take the final step at any time to prove the Dao Fruit of the Primordial Spirit and seize the position of Dao Lord.

However, he did not rush to get promoted, but chose to take a longer time to "accumulate experience".

After condensing the "Primordial Heavenly Demon True Body", Bai Cang felt that he had gained many new insights into the "Huangji Jingshi Book".

In particular, using the "Big Dipper Method" as a bridge to connect the two methods and cultivation levels of Taoism and Demonism gave him a deeper understanding of the "Tao of Primordial Simplicity".

With the advancement of the "Way of Tai Su", the foundation of the "Innate Taiji Golden Elixir" is also being further deepened.

Taiji is the two energies of Yin and Yang, which give rise to the eight scenes and create heaven and earth and all things. All phenomena are in the process of Taiji's evolution.

Although Bai Cang had already condensed the "Innate Taiji Golden Elixir," he was far from having attained the "Tao of Taiji."

The Primordial Taiji Dao is a cultivation level at the Golden Immortal level.

Bai Cang traces back the five primordial elements, from Taiji to Taisu, and then to Taichu, Taishi, and Taiyi, ultimately uniting the five primordial elements within himself.

This is Bai Cang's "Dao"!

Therefore, for him, Tai Chi and Tai Su were originally one.

The path he must take is to unite the five innate elements as a whole.

"boom!"

After a long while, Bai Cang slowly opened his eyes. The pure white energy flowed within the Taiji Heavenly Wheel, causing space and time to collapse.

As the Tai Su Bai Qi spread, the space-time he was in also became blurred and indistinct.

"Tai Chi evolves into Tai Su, and Tai Su returns to Tai Chi!"

Bai Cang suddenly spoke, as if he held the law of heaven in his mouth, carrying an inviolable and majestic divine power.

The previously blurred space and time suddenly became clear.

In the blink of an eye, the primordial white qi transformed into yin and yang qi, intertwining to form the Taiji Heavenly Wheel.

The arbitrary changes between these two represent that Bai Cang's attainments in the "Tao of Tai Chi" have reached the limit of his current level.

"Next is the Way of Tai Su, which is to reverse Tai Chi to become Tai Su, and to push the Way of Tai Su to the limit of the current realm!"

Bai Cang thought to himself, within the Taiji Heavenly Wheel, the Tai Su Bai Qi and the Du Tian Shen Sha simultaneously manifested, replacing the Yin and Yang Qi.

If one can push the two paths of "Tai Chi" and "Tai Su" to the current limit.

The opportunity for Bai Cang to advance to the Nascent Soul Dao Lord was thus perfectly fulfilled!

The following paths, "Tai Chu," "Tai Shi," and "Tai Yi," represent the cultivation of the Primordial Spirit Dao Lord, the part aimed at achieving the Golden Immortal realm.

In essence, Bai Cang had already begun preparations and laid the foundation for merging his body with the Great Dao.

When the Five Primordial Elements are perfected, one can attain the status of a Golden Immortal who has merged with the Dao!

Before he attained enlightenment and became a primordial spirit, he had already completed the cultivation of the "Taiji" and "Taisu" paths. He was simply a monster among monsters, a beast among monsters.

If it weren't for the wrong occasion and time, he would have liked to put his hands on his hips and act all high and mighty.

"The imperial system governs the world, and the fundamental principles govern the world."

Thinking of this, Bai Cang quickly composed himself, calmed his wandering thoughts, and suppressed all distracting ideas.

The eight innate scenes reappear, combining with the four symbols, returning to the two polarities, and merging with the Taiji. This cycle repeats itself, thus establishing the order of the four seasons.

"The primordial chaos, the primordial energy, governs the flow of Qi."

Proverbs arise again, the four seasons cycle, a new beginning is set, and all things are renewed.

Bai Cang had gone through similar cycles countless times.

However, as Tai Su Bai Qi and Du Tian Shen Sha replaced Yin and Yang Qi respectively and joined the evolution of Tai Chi Heavenly Wheel, entirely new changes occurred.

In the end, all things and phenomena evolve as if the final calamity, the end of the world, or the end of the destiny has arrived, leaving nothing but emptiness and destruction, transforming into celestial deities and evil spirits, and evolving into all kinds of destructive phenomena.

When everything is completely destroyed, from the destructive atmosphere arises the primordial white qi, which further differentiates into yin and yang, intertwines the four symbols, and evolves into the eight scenes.

From birth to death, and from death to birth, the Way of Taiji is exhausted!

In an instant, when the Tai Chi Heavenly Wheel reappeared, everything in the world paled in comparison.

It was as if everything had lost its color and luster, with only black and white remaining.

Everything tangible and everything intangible, including air, light, heaven and earth, rules, all things, time and space...

All are assimilated by black and white, and governed by Tai Chi.

By understanding the changes of heaven and earth, the primordial chaos arises!

"boom!"

As soon as this thought arose, Bai Cang's figure was outlined once again in black and white.

The immortal and indestructible aura of the Primordial Heavenly Demon's true form was tinged with black and white, gradually turning towards pure white.

In an instant, the Yin and Yang energies merged at the heart, and the pure white color spread and permeated the limbs and bones. The divine spirits of the heavens intertwined to form a black robe and imperial crown, and finally merged into one.

Bai Cang opened and closed his eyes, slowly drawing the Taiji Heavenly Wheel and the Tai Su White Qi into his body, and his body suddenly trembled.

All the power in one's body is transformed into the most primordial substance.

Taiji is the principle within the boundless void, and the principle within the Taiji void gives rise to Yin and Yang through movement and stillness. The division of Yin and Yang is Heaven and Earth.

Before the universe existed, qi gave rise to form; before the universe existed, form contained qi. Investigating qi from form is called yin and yang, which is to observe the principle through qi. This is called Taiji!

Tai Su (太素) refers to the beginning of matter, before it has formed a complete form. Tai Su transforms and takes shape, possessing substance, but before it has formed a complete form; this is called Tai Su!

"boom!"

In a mere instant, Bai Cang's form changed, instantly manifesting seventy-two transformations.

Flowers, birds, insects, fish; mountains, rivers, lakes, grass, trees, soil, rocks; wind, clouds, and all things in nature...

Everything that has life or no life can change; this is called: ever-changing!

The Way of Tai Su has now been achieved!

"boom!"

In an instant, Bai Cang transformed into primordial matter, resembling the most original form at the beginning of the universe.

From the initial state to the ultimate state, Yin and Yang differentiate, and from the primordial energy, all phenomena arise, from which heaven and earth and all things are born.

If Tai Chi is the beginning of all things, then Tai Su is the source of all things!

The Way of Tai Su is supremely simple and profound, pointing directly to the source, with the Way as its essence.

Unless they possess power of the same level, none of them can injure them.

Bai Cang, using the Dao of Tai Su to carry out acts of killing, can use immense power to create an absolute vacuum, directly breaking through the opponent's physical body and reversing the enemy's essence, energy, and spirit into primordial matter.

"In that case, the Way of Tai Su is a perfect match for sword cultivators, both being so simple and straightforward!"

Bai Cang's mind stirred, as if he had grasped a crucial flash of inspiration!
