Chapter 42: Savage Greenskin Orcs
Lin Qi ordered the pterosaur scouts to try to attract the attention of the Savage Greenskin tribe and lead them to the dangerous city ruins.
If they were reckless enough, Lynch might be able to destroy them without any effort.
The city is shrouded in an energy storm and the ground is not safe.
When the moon was dark, loud noises came from afar.
The free stardust pulled out streaks of lightning, and terrifying arcs of electricity wandered at the end of Lynch's sight.
It seems that the group of greenskins whose minds are full of fighting have taken the bait, but I don’t know whether they all crashed into the energy storm protecting the city.
Priest Karalde brought news that was neither good nor too bad. Although the greenskins' reckless actions caused them to suffer heavy losses, most of them still survived.
With the help of his pterosaur companion's vision, the priest roughly observed the situation of the greenskins.
Their war boss is still alive, a burly green-skinned creature several times larger than the Lizardmen.
However, none of the shamans commonly seen in the wild greenskin tribes were seen. The priests did not observe any traces of spellcasters and believed that all the greenskin shamans had been annihilated in the energy storm.
As for the number of greenskins, the priest gave a rough figure of around ten thousand.
This is the number that can severely damage Lynch's army. There are only more than a thousand Thoros in Lynch's army. Shi Jiank can't even face the weakest Savage Orcs, let alone the "big guys" among them.
Lynch ordered Shi Jiank to take out the blowgun to harass the enemy. Under the leadership of the lizard leader, many lizards disappeared into the jungle.
Lynch didn't expect them to have a head-on confrontation with the greenskins. If there were short goblins or weaker fart elves among the greenskins, the skinks could still engage in a fierce battle with them.
But according to Karalde, these wild orcs are all big guys, and the largest ones are even as big as lizardmen.
The more than one hundred skin lizards that remained were sent to command thirty dull giant lizards, which would be an irresistible killing weapon.
Two hundred Cold Lizard Knights, led by two Scarreds, circled to the left side of the Greenskin Tribe. Lynch hoped that the Scarreds would judge the timing themselves and launch a crucial charge at the right moment.
Lynch himself, with Thor as the main force, slowly advanced towards the direction of the greenskins.
The orc warlord looked at the charred corpses in front of him, covered up his fear with anger, and slowly retreated with the greenskins.
The shamans in the tribe were complaining all the time about the two great gods being dead. Fortunately, Gol the Big Muscle was a cunning greenskin. When he saw that the orcs in front of him had all turned into charcoal, he immediately stopped the charge.
Ger. The Big Muscle roared angrily at the pterosaur that was hovering in the sky, punched away his subordinates who were too close to him, picked up a stone and threw it into the sky.
The pterosaur nimbly avoided the cannonball-like stone. The orc warlord had extraordinary brute force, and the stone disappeared directly in the astonished sight of the greenskins! Many orcs picked up the stones and imitated their boss, throwing a few into the sky.
But the weak projection didn't rise very high before it fell to the ground and hit the heads of some unfortunate greenskins.
With angry growls, the greenskins started to attack themselves.
The "big guy" who is stronger than ordinary orcs grabbed the greenskin who was causing trouble and threw him to the ground.
Amidst the wailing, Gel's "personal guards" suppressed the small-scale riots and also stopped other greenskins who were ready to make trouble.
"Boss, when are we going to kill him?"
Gel glared at the big guy who asked the question and slapped him.
"Brother Gao hasn't spoken yet! How should I know?"
"I thought Brother Mao had already nodded." The big guy rubbed his head and muttered.
Gel kicked him down and kept kicking him until the big guy was breathing out but not breathing in.
"Brother Mao didn't nod! I am the boss! He has to talk to me first. How can a useless person like you hear Brother Mao's voice?"
Under the awed gazes of the barbaric orcs, Gel Big Muscle raised his crude battle axe and shouted, "Let's go! Keep going to that corner in the west. Tell me there's a fight there!"
Seeing that the foolish greenskin warlord followed his advice, Sathoriel Everwatch no longer paid attention to Lustria, but turned his attention to the Old World and his newly established Tzeentch Order.
As the Lord of Change, it is very busy now.
Hundreds of changers who descended upon the mortal realm competed on the same stage, bringing unprecedented chaos to the Supreme Lord of Change.
While perfunctorily responding to Carlos' request for cooperation sent via magic, Sasoril was thinking about how to make the Fate Weaver fail.
Although it nominally fought in conjunction with Carlos and stirred up trouble for him in the Old World, any fool knew that the credit would ultimately go to Carlos, not Sasoril.
Do you still want this ever-changing demon king to work hard? Sasoril has his own plan. If the countries fight each other, wouldn't it be more valuable than foolishly leading the army to capture a few fortresses? The puppets controlled by the Eternal Watch are stirring up trouble on various political stages. Sasoril has to personally supervise all of this to avoid inexplicable failures.
Tricking a group of greenskins into causing trouble for Carlos Weaver has already wasted its rare free time.
In Lustria, Carlos Weaver withdrew his thoughts of heading to the old world in his spare time.
Everything is as expected. Now we just need to completely defeat the cold-blooded empire that is resisting stubbornly.
If everything goes well, perhaps the end of the world can come early. This is the will of Tzeentch.
It went smoothly. The ambushers led by the Skin Lizard Chief taught the Savage Orcs a lesson with blowgun darts.
Although the Savage Orcs had ugly tattoos on their bodies, they miraculously repelled some of the flying poisonous needles and spears.
But this insignificant mysterious power obviously cannot block all the damage.
The poisonous needles that fell like a rainstorm shot down a large group of wild greenskins. Some of the greenskins set up simple bows and arrows and wanted to fight back, but their accuracy was too random.
When the Savage Orcs rode on their war boars and prepared for a massive charge, the nimble Stenks had already evacuated, leaving behind only the helpless and furious greenskins.
Although this weak ambush did not kill many greenskins, the sudden shock still made the orcs want to retreat.
Gol. The Big Muscle smashed his battle axe hard on the innocent tree trunk, and his loud voice excited all the greenskins.
"I've said hello to Brother Gao. I'm not going to that corner at the west end for now. I'll kill the things here first!"
The orc warlord was responded to by a war cry like waves, an ancient sound rooted in the fear of many races, which scared away the birds and beasts in the forest.
"waaaagh!"
Lynch's army had just left the range of the Star City Asrotto when the priest brought good news.
For some reason, the greenskins turned around again. Before, Lynch was worried that they would not respond to the challenge and run all the way to Itaza. Now it seems that they can prepare for the battle.
