Chapter 66: The End of the Dark Day (Part 9)

Chapter 66: The End of the Dark Day (Part 9)

The scarlet blood was reflected from a great distance, and the battle cry was earth-shaking, as if hundreds of millions of people were shouting "Blood Sacrifice to the Blood God" in unison! Fortunately, this was just an illusion, although Lynch did not see the limit of the number of demons.

Under Lynch's orders, the cold-blooded creatures began to wait patiently for the changes.

Through the secret road covered by the jungle, Lynch observed the demons fighting wildly in the ruins of the temple city under the gloomy sky.

There was a bright light in the distance, and just the afterglow made Lynch inexplicably filled with fighting spirit.

Lightning struck densely, wiping out the blood-red demon with flames burning all over its body.

The sky was dark and filled with flying pterosaurs and bat-winged demons. Arcs of lightning occasionally engulfed the two sides fighting in mid-air.

On the ruined pyramid in the center, a twisted vortex of magic rolled over, leaving a crack several miles long.

The dark cracks were healing! Lynch looked at the demons that kept falling from them, clenched his staff, and looked around the jungle nervously, hoping to find the figure of the Serpent God Legion.

The evil light of the black sun could not illuminate the jungle, but Lynch still discovered the abnormality with his excellent eyesight.

Thick shadows swept across the City of Echoes. The air became thick and slippery, and the blood on the battlefield seemed to emit an abnormal glow.

There was a rustling sound, as if a snake was sliding around.

The noise from the battle between the vampire and the lizard man was so loud that Lynch wasn't sure if he was hallucinating.

But he could not be mistaken, the trees at the edge of the jungle were swaying slightly!

Perhaps it was the wind? There were many Skink Priests in the Lizardmen Legion, and they were used to manipulating air currents.

Soon, Lynch discovered that it was not an illusion.

Along the southern edge of the vast battlefield of Echo City, in the dense forest, there was nothing unusual at first.

The entire battlefield was filled with the roars of demons and cold-blooded creatures.

Until a loud bang was heard between heaven and earth, the chaotic and disordered forest collapsed due to the fierce attack, and countless red-crowned lizards and their beast companions appeared in Lynch's sight.

A carpet of twisting snakes appeared on the ground, with the snakes stacked, entangled, and sliding quickly towards the battlefield.

The monitor lizards were among the red-crowned skinks, following their warlike compatriots to kill the demons.

Dense groups of Cold Lizard cavalry also appeared on the side of the battlefield.

The trees were pushed down and smashed by the Triceratops, and behind these mobile bunkers, countless Ankylosaurs also rushed to the battlefield.

Many ankylosaurs carried strange stone arches on their backs, and groups of snakes twisted out of the stone arches like rootless water.

The cold-blooded roar shook the sky, and several extremely thick lightning bolts flashed through the dark clouds like forked snake tongues.

The prophet of the serpent god Sotek, Tehenhauin, has arrived, bringing his bloodthirsty spirit with him! On the largest Triceratops, the Red-Crowned Skink Prophet held high the Sotek Prophecy Slate, and pointed his Serpent Sword directly at the boundless demons.

The beast wind howled, and was transformed by the Serpent God Prophet into a spell to benefit his own side.

The angry demons pounced on the prophet, but their sharp claws stopped beside the Serpent God's messenger. They could not pierce the Serpent God's protection! The ground seemed to have come to life. The demon army rushed towards the cold-blooded creatures who came to help in an organized manner. The ground rolled and swept away the demons.

Vipers, cobras, forest pythons, anacondas, the ground was covered with snakes entangled with demons. The skin lizards shouted the name of the Serpent God, letting the Serpent God's poisonous kiss penetrate deep into the battlefield.

Another cold-blooded army appeared on the north side of the battlefield, these were the daggers prepared by the Snake God Prophet.

The Demon Sea was divided into two parts by the cold-blooded torrent. Taking this opportunity, Lynch lit up the light of Kotego's scepter, allowing the cold-blooded creatures who had been unable to contain themselves to blow the horn of attack.

On the west side of the battlefield, Lynch accelerated on the trembling and cracking ground, leading the way towards the ocean where demons gathered.

Dense rain of fire fell from the sky. Lynch ignored the magic of the Tzeentch demon and rushed towards the bloodthirsty vampire who was fighting a group of Thoros.

Anger burned in the vampires' ruby-like eyes as they wielded hellish blades. Their two-handed swords nimbly moved between the lizardmen's clubs and spears, accurately chopping at the lizardmen warriors.

Unfortunately, the lizardman's hardened skin was as tough as armor, and the demon's weapon half-penetrated into the lizardman's thick skin. The lizardman then exerted his strength and hit the demon with a stick, which had no time to change its tactics, and directly knocked it away.

The vampire struggled to get up from the ground and was about to continue the bloody battle when a bright light enveloped them and the demon's skin sizzled and turned to ashes.

With a sound of breaking through the air, the tip of the scepter pierced deeply into the body of the demon, and it spontaneously combusted and disappeared like a burning paper ball.

On the shaking ground, there were sounds of biting and roaring, limbs scattered everywhere, and demons and lizardmen fighting each other everywhere.

Lynch charged into the battlefield as if he was in an empty space, and no demon could wrestle with him. The army of Khorne rushed forward excitedly, but was sent back to the devil's realm after another encounter.

Before Jianqi's army could escape, Lynch suddenly accelerated and knocked them to the ground.

Lynch, who has completely transformed into a killing machine, goes deep into the demon battle group. With teeth, claws, and scepters, he is like a mobile war fortress, able to exile dozens of demons every second.

The lizardmen roared and excitedly launched a counterattack, and the chirping war cries of the skin lizards also became more excited.

"Sotek!"

"For the big plan!"

Those blood-letting vampires, who were obviously different from the ordinary ones, stopped killing the lizardmen. Their scarlet eyes were all fixed on Lynch, who was advancing like a hot knife through butter. They nimbly broke away from the lizardmen group and shouted as they rushed towards Lynch.

"Blood sacrifice to the Blood God!"

These strong demons pounced on Lynch fanatically. The powerful champion's head was the best sacrifice to the Blood God.

Naturally, Lynch didn't even pay attention to them.

Lynch was paying attention to those bloodthirsty people! With a subconscious swing of the scepter, he took away the best of these bloodletting vampires, and Lynch went to kill the bloodthirsty people on his own.

These powerful demons seemed to be fighting an invisible enemy. The mere wind blowing across the battlefield made them roar and attack.

In the dark clouds in the sky, the skin lizards riding on pterosaurs were shot down by a large number of demons with bat wings and short black mane, revealing the gloomy clouds.

I don’t know if it was an illusion, but through the blood rain, Lin Qi could vaguely see the bright moon leaking through the dark clouds.

How is this possible? The black sun is still in the sky! Lynch no longer paid attention to the abnormal celestial phenomena. He pierced the demon's body with his staff, and withstood a series of demons, passing over the wall-like corpses of triceratops and ankylosaurs, Lynch quietly backstabbed the distracted demon.

The roar of the Tyrannosaurus was suppressed by the rage of the bloodthirsty man, but it was too late. Lynch decisively activated the arc of light of the scepter.

Maybe Lynch is not a match in a head-on confrontation, but these demons are almost ready to stick their heads out for Lynch to cut off!

As the great demon died, large groups of blood-letting vampires disappeared.

An average subscription of 800 is required to be recommended. Alas, I guess I have no chance! In addition to adding more chapters after the book is put on the shelves, I will try to update more often.

But there aren't so many big battlefields to fight in the future, it's more about adventure.

At most, the protagonist can use his invincible power to break through alone, from the South Heaven Gate to the Lingxiao Palace.
