Final remarks.

Almost a year has passed since the first chapter was released on October 8th last year.

This book has 2.09 million words and is the result of my hard work.

I was very ambitious when I started writing the book, but I encountered many problems while writing it.

Science fiction novels are much harder to write than I imagined, even though this is a pseudo-science fiction novel.

In my original conception, this novel would be like other Warhammer 40k novels, describing the stories of many supporting characters.

But after writing it, I found that it was difficult to do.

The world view borrows many settings from Warhammer 40k, but when it comes to the plot, it is impossible to make the genetic warriors the protagonists like Warhammer 40k.

The keynote of Warhammer 40k is that gene warriors are powerful, and many storylines, even after entering space, will still be narrowed down to a certain Space Marine fighting on a planet.

But when it was my turn to write, I found that when the technology of ships had become so powerful, planetary battles could be resolved so easily.

Forcibly pulling the battle back to ship boarding and planetary landing operations does not fit my world view and the direction of the plot.

All the subsequent plots are about fleets fighting each other with large ships and huge cannons.

Another problem with this book is the design of the evil gods. I regret using the characters from the previous book as a template.

Because of this underlying logic, I am not very happy with the description of the evil god being too terrible.

If I had known earlier, I should have used Xingyuan Gansha and the other three as the final boss, so that any way of writing would be fine.

So, in the end I also wrote an open ending.

Whether the evil god wins or Li Xin wins depends on everyone.

The last part of this book may be a bit fast, but there is nothing we can do about it. Li Xin’s strength has reached this point, and there is not much left to write.

After the unification of human civilization, the only theoretical enemies are the evil gods and demons in the subspace.

Of course, I can also continue to make money and add a few more enemies to the real universe, like nesting dolls, and add a few more powerful alien empires.

But this will make the plot more homogeneous, with the story always being about discovering an alien empire, mobilizing fleets to fight, and then the next one comes after that.

So, in the end I chose to leave the plot to the subspace and deal with the four subspace monsters.

A showdown with the evil god at the top of the Forbidden City.

Even if the evil god wins, Li Xin will not fail. He will take a step back and return to the real universe, and he will still be the strongest in the real universe.

And the subspace will not continue to fall and be destroyed because of his oppression of ascension.

If Li Xin wins, the four evil gods of the subspace will be expelled.

In addition, I myself don’t like to read the endings of other novels, which may be the reason why I unconsciously speed up when writing in the later stages.

I started reading novels when I was a teenager, and have been reading for more than ten years. However, I can only count the number of novels that I have read to the end.

Generally, if I feel that the novel is about to end, I will stop reading it. The more I like the novel, the more this happens.

As long as I don’t read the ending, this book will be unfinished and there will be more stories in the future.

There shouldn't be any unfinished business in this book. I'll write some extra chapters later.

I also wish good health to all the brothers who have read this book.
