"You want to be in a relationship?"
Beneath Xun Jiang's smile lay an undisguised ambition for marriage. He looked at Chi Xia excitedly, "I want to, I really want to, I desperately want to!"
Chi Xia deftly avoided his burning gaze, as if being looked at for even a second would make her pregnant. "Then I'm sorry, you'll have to find someone else to date. I don't want to."
The smile faded slowly, disappearing from Xun Jiang's handsome face. "Was I too sudden?"
Chi Xia: "It has nothing to do with you, it's just that I didn't want to."

Only after the middle-aged man got into the car, closed the door, and drove away did Chi Xia sit up straight.
"Why are you hiding from your director?" Xun Jiang asked, puzzled. "Doesn't he know you're staying here?"

Chi Xia had just turned her head to let out a long sigh of relief when she looked up and saw groups of three or five men in black suits surrounding the hospital. When the car drove to the exit, there were even two guards standing at the gatehouse.
