With the Lunar New Year approaching, bus tickets were still sold out, only train tickets with standing room were available. Gu Qinglang and Li Li didn't care much and just got on the train first, thinking they could buy tickets later if they found seats.

Chu Yan nodded and walked towards them.
Last night, he and his father came to S City to attend a CEO's birthday banquet. After all, their family is going to enter the local real estate market, and they still need to maintain good relationships with those established companies. Even though with their current status, it wouldn't be a problem if they didn't come, but his grandfather said that even a powerful dragon can't suppress a local snake. The clothes he was wearing were given to him by his mother from Beijing to his maternal grandfather's house. Mr. Chen had this plan in mind: "Then I'll drive behind you!"
After making the decision, Chu Yan led the two of them to the parking area.
When the driver saw that the young master had brought two strangers, he showed no suspicion and got up to open the car door for them.
Looking at the luxurious car in front of him, at the lavish interior, and then at his own shoes, Gu Qinglang was momentarily at a loss as to how to get in.
Chu Yan noticed his discomfort, put his luggage away first, got into the car himself, and then handed him a bottle of water: "Uncle Gu, come up and have some water. There's some food in the car, so don't worry if you get hungry later."
Gu Qinglang took the water, but still hesitated before getting into the car. Li Li followed suit, albeit awkwardly.
The car started quickly, and Chu Yan kept trying to find topics to chat with them. Before long, the two relaxed.
