Chapter 713: Arrival
Zhou Wansheng sat up straight, tidying his disheveled clothes while looking at the little mink jumping around in Gu Yin's arms, and said with a smile, "It's okay, the situation here is special, you can hold it."
After saying that, he reached out and ruffled the little ferret's head twice, only to be met with a snarl of teeth and a glare from the ferret: "Squeak squeak squeak!!!"
The little sable glared at him while snuggling into Gu Yin's arms.

The little ferret tilted its head: "Squeak~"
After the captain saw that everything was alright, he started the car again.
"This little mink has actually come here many times. The first time it came, it stood guard on the road outside the lake. It didn't leave when people came. At this point, Zhou Wansheng chuckled and said, "I heard all this from other people. Later, when the captain and I came here, this little ferret kept following us. "Squeak?" The little sable looked at Gu Yin in confusion. When she didn't make a sound, it turned around and sat in her lap, squeaking occasionally.

Gu Yin gently laid the mink down and, as if scratching and rubbing a cat, stroked its entire body until the little guy almost fell asleep.
The car stopped, and Gu Yin looked ahead, quite surprised.
Ahead lay the outer edge of the lake. Their accommodation, meals, and other living needs all had to be taken care of here, so large-scale excavation was necessary.
What Gu Yin was now in front of was a row of wooden houses three or four meters above the ground! And all of these wooden houses were built next to big trees, with the soil and grass underneath completely undamaged!
In the very center, in the most spacious area, there used to be a small hill, or you could say a stone forest. Now, all the stones are gone, and instead, a huge glass building stands there. From the outside, you can see people dressed in military green and white coats busy inside.

"Grandpa, can we go straight there?" Gu Yin pointed to the glass room.

Three people approached, all wearing white lab coats. However, the one in the middle was also wearing a military uniform underneath his lab coat, and he must have been the one who had just spoken.

The three people walked over.
Zhou Wansheng smiled and extended his hand: "Hello, Director Fang, Director Liang, and Director Wang!"
The three shook hands with each other.

“We know your abilities and achievements, so there’s no need to be modest. Come on, don’t stand here, come to my office and sit down, and we can take care of some paperwork while we’re at it.”
Gu Yin nodded upon hearing this, and after taking only two steps, the little sable jumped out of her arms.
Gu Yin was startled: "Little Mink!!"
Zhou Wansheng reassured her, "It's alright, go ahead. Look in that direction, it should be heading to my temporary room. I'll go check on it. Don't worry."
Seeing that the little ferret had indeed stopped on the wooden house, Gu Yin breathed a sigh of relief and looked at the three directors who had stopped, saying apologetically, "Sorry for taking up everyone's time, let's continue."
Director Fang shook his head with a smile: "We all know this little thing. It comes here from time to time. We originally thought it was just curious about this place.
