Chapter 1089: Underrated Countries
The elevator plummeted downwards, finally stopping when I heard a ringing in my ears.
The elevator doors opened, and Jin looked at Gu Yin, smiling as she pointed the way and nodded: "Let's go."

Before she could finish speaking, Gu Yin's arm tightened, and she was instantly taken to the ground by the drone.
Looking at the robotic bird that had transformed from a drone into an eagle, Gu Yin felt a tremor in her heart. Before she could speak, it picked her up and flew her back to where they had been standing.
After Gu Yin was put down, the mechanical bird fiddled with it for a bit, then removed two items from its body and tied them to Gu Yin and Old Jin's arms.
Old Jin smiled and looked at Gu Yin: "When you go down, remember to hold onto this." Before Gu Yin could react, he jumped down!

Gu Yin turned around and saw that the dead bird had already extended its claws!

"Press the button on your arm, and it will turn back." Old Jin's voice came from below. Gu Yin looked down, and wow, the 1.8-meter-tall Old Jin was now no taller than her knees!
Gu Yin pressed the panel that the robotic bird had put on her. With a series of mechanical clicks, her body relaxed, and she immediately returned to her normal appearance.
Seeing Gu Yin, who usually had no expression, still looking shocked and incredulous, Old Jin smiled with satisfaction.
"How about it? Not bad, right? Our mechanical body."
"Mechanical body? Not like the mecha in Transformers?" Gu Yin asked in surprise.
Jin Lao shook his head: "How can it be that fast! This is the only way for now. We've been researching unmanned combat mechs recently. The drones have already come out, and we're also working on unmanned combat mechs. But the ultimate goal is to combine humans and mechs, converting brain data, like in the movies.
