"Bang……"
When the third gunshot rang out, the auditorium was filled with crying.
The crowd that was originally standing was so frightened that their legs went limp. The women curled up on the ground and cried bitterly. Some of the men tried every possible way to pray that they would not be the next unlucky person to be hit by the bullet.
Most of them had been tortured in the park and had long since learned to obey. It was hard to imagine that one minute later, one of them would encounter such a devastating disaster and could only tremble in despair in front of the live camera.
However, the netizens who were watching the live broadcast were detached from the incident, yet they seemed to be judges standing on the moral high ground, because the killing aroused public outrage and indignation.
"Why hasn't that guy named Zhou shown up yet? Just one of him dying would be enough. Do we really need so many people to die?"
"That Zhou Bingchen must have been scared and hidden away. Seeing someone die for him, does his conscience bother him?"
Everyone condemned Zhou Bingchen as a righteous person, completely forgetting that he was also a victim and that Yao Yifeng was the culprit of the massacre!
What's more, a large number of fans who are obsessed with looks appeared online and flooded the screen with barrages of comments, all of them mindlessly praising Yao Yifeng for being naughty, cool and attractive, and calling him a crazy and scheming prince with overflowing boyfriend power!
Captain Li looked at the scene that was gradually getting out of control. This was a scene they had not expected.
Listening to the instructions in the headset, Captain Li took a step back and made a gesture behind him to indicate that he was on standby.
The countdown to the next round starts again.
As Yao Yifeng's cold and playful countdown started again, when he counted to "one" and was about to turn sideways to shoot, Captain Li made a gesture, and the gun behind him was aimed at Yao Yifeng's head, aiming to kill him with one shot.
Unexpectedly, Yao Yifeng, who had originally shot behind his back with his hands behind his back, turned his gun around and pointed it straight ahead, shooting the other party to the ground before he could even fire.
Yao Yifeng blew on the muzzle of his gun and grinned at Captain Li, looking arrogant and complacent.
"I've been playing with guns since I was seven. Do you think any of you can shoot faster than me?"
After saying that, he turned his arm backwards and was about to shoot when Zhou Bingchen broke through the crowd and rushed in.
"stop!"
Zhou Bingchen let out a loud shout, stopping Yao Yifeng from shooting.
As soon as Yao Yifeng saw Zhou Bingchen, his evil red lips slowly curled up under his red eyes, revealing a crazy smile.
He straightened his body, opened his arms and showed off his bright red groom's suit, "Zhou Bingchen, you see, I'm getting married today. My sister helped me pick it out. She said that red is the only way to celebrate a wedding. Did you come to our wedding just to drink in the wedding wine..."
"I'm already here. What do you want?" Zhou Bingchen clenched his fists and couldn't help but interrupt his provocation. "You want me dead, right? Come over here boldly. Why implicate innocent people?"
"Of course, don't worry."
Yao Yifeng suppressed the smile on his face, twisted a cigarette in one hand, held the gun in the other hand, opened the lighter and lit the cigarette. A scarlet light flickered on his fingertips, and the murderous intent in his eyes was revealed as he puffed out smoke.
"There are three hundred and fifty-eight people here. For every wrong you do to your wife, I'll let one person go. How about that?"
Yao Yifeng's words were neither light nor heavy, as if he was talking about a tempting and good deal.
But Captain Li had already lost his patience. Hearing his morbid demands, he flew into a rage, "Binchen, what did he do wrong? What did you, a lunatic, tell him to say?"
Yao Yifeng laughed again when he heard this, "Didn't I do anything wrong?"
He pointed at the explosives stuck between them, above the threshold of the auditorium, and said with a serious look, "You'd better do what I say, otherwise I, a madman, will do anything!"
Zhou Bingchen lowered his eyes and noticed a large row of explosives piled up at the door.
This is why we have not been able to act rashly outside the house.
He let go of the rope holding Xiao Q, looked at Yao Yifeng with cold eyes, and took off his bulletproof vest without hesitation, like a warrior going to die without fear.
Seeing how selfless he was, Yao Yifeng's eyes were filled with anger. He signaled the assistant behind him to point the live camera at Zhou Binchen.
When Zhou Binchen raised his eyes again, he saw the pairs of eyes in the room staring at him with expectation, and seemed to see Nan Nan among them casting hopeful glances at him.
Facing Yao Yifeng's repeated threat of raising a gun, he clenched his fists, gritted his teeth and began to count his first mistake.
"The first wrong thing I did was lying!"
"When I first met my wife, I told her I had no feelings for her and that saving her was just a matter of convenience."
"But actually, I've had feelings for her for a long time. Saving her wasn't a simple matter. It took me almost half my life to get to her side!"
The smile on Yao Yifeng's face froze, and a complex and indescribable thought spread throughout his body.
He turned stiffly and looked at the large group of hostages waiting to be rescued. He took a crossbow from his men and threw it to the ground, starting his ultimate goal!
"Whoever of you can shoot that Zhou guy with it, I'll let him out!"
For a moment, all the hostages who had been as quiet as quails in front of Yao Yifeng were eager to try and raised their hands.
Before the people outside the house could react, someone rushed over, picked up the crossbow on the ground and shot at Zhou Binchen!
Zhou Bingchen could have dodged, but he took the arrow shot by the other party.
There was dead silence outside the house, but there was cheering inside, as if welcoming the hope of life.
The young man who shot Zhou Binchen burst into tears of joy and rushed out of the cage that had bound him for many years at Yao Yifeng's signal. He passed by Zhou Binchen without even looking at him.
