Chapter 449 Major Discovery

The group descended toward the location of the sunken ship.

Out of the corner of his eye, Mu Jin saw a small dark shadow moving around. He turned his head and saw the black cat that loved winter swimming!

Beneath the diving mask, Mu Jin's eyes narrowed slightly.

It's not surprising that cats can swim, but it's quite strange that they can dive in the deep sea! What's more, once in the water, the black cat breathes as freely as a fish.

The black cat had come with its lovely owner, of course, but even through the mask, it suddenly felt the attention from Jin Shen!

The black cat was immediately frightened. It swayed and hid on the other side of the cat!

Cat glanced at Mu Jin, and oh dear, it seemed that Mu Jin had seen something she shouldn't have! She decided to play dumb, grabbed the black cat, and pressed it down forcefully.

Bringing the black cat along has its advantages. Although her powers are sealed, the black cat is fearless and can definitely come in handy in case of any unexpected situation underwater.

The black cat seemed to understand the cat's intention instantly. It paddled along and quickly headed deeper into the area to scout ahead.

The cat smiled at Mu Jin, though it was unclear whether he saw it.

Before long, they reached the top of the trench. The light below was very dim, and even with a light source, it was difficult for the light to radiate out.

After wandering around for a while, Maomao and Mujin saw the other people, namely Yamashita and his group!

Yamashita and his group lingered near the trench for a while before surprisingly going down first!

Cat wasn't in a hurry. Let them risk their lives, Cat wouldn't compete with them for this. Instead, Cat pulled Mu Jin back, telling him not to move either.

After waiting a while, the black cat returned.

Only then did the cat signal to Mu Jin that she could go down.

The black cat led the way, swimming effortlessly in the water, its dark golden eyes seeing more clearly than anyone else's.

Before long, the cat spotted the ancient shipwreck!

It was stuck by a huge rock extending from the side of the trench, but from the outside, it was still clear that it was a very large ship! It had at least three decks!

Anyone with common sense knows that you should never go into a shipwreck like this without careful consideration. Otherwise, it's like a maze inside, and once you go in, you might not be able to get out!

Mu Jin first placed the detector and locator on the outside of the boat and secured them.

Jiu Yebai's voice came through the earpiece, coming in intermittently: "I received it... I'm not sure... The signal is unstable, I suggest you don't enter the cabin."

After saying that, Jiu Yebai repeated it twice more.

Mu Jin took out a dagger and swam upwards to the opening of the large ship.

The shipwreck has been submerged in the water for years, covered with coral, and home to a wide variety of fish. When you shine a flashlight inside, it's pitch black, with no way to find a path.

Judging from Mu Jin's expression, the cat knew she wanted to go inside.

Sure enough, Mu Jin turned around and gestured to her, indicating that she should wait there.

The cat immediately shook its head and swam over as well.

Jiu Yebai's worried voice came through the earpiece again, "Don't go in... Before you can be sure of your safety, map out the location and go back to the ship first!"

Clearly, Mu Jin ignored Jiu Yebai's words.

Cat pulled Mu Jin back, saying that she should go in instead, so that even if she got lost, she wouldn't drown.

While neither of them was giving way, Cat Cat caught a glimpse out of the corner of her eye that someone had already entered from one side of the cabin!

It was Yamashita and his group.

Finally, the cat said, "Ah Jin, let's go in together!"

She caught a black cat and asked it to lead the way, but she wasn't sure if the black cat would get lost.

The black cat was also very cautious. It could easily navigate around on its own, but if it confused Jin Shen and its master, it would be doomed.

Mu Jin agreed to the cat's suggestion.

But then he suddenly released a small fish!

The cat blinked, staring at the tiny fish. It was only a small piece, and made of wood! However, it was carved so realistically that its scales rose and fell as it swam, blending perfectly into the seawater.

There was a small white magic circle on its belly, emitting a faint light.

And the fish, as if it were real, swam in, its body undulating.

The black cat also looked at the little wooden fish, and nudged it somewhat unconvinced. Did Jin Shen not trust it? He actually used such a gadget to lead the way.

Cat said to Jiu Yebai on the other end of the earpiece, "Ajin and I are going into the cabin, don't worry."

How could Jiu Yebai not be worried! He knew the inside of the sunken ship was dangerous, but it was no use saying anything, because Maomao and the others had already gone inside.

Fifth True said, "Let's determine the location."

Jiu Yebai was completely focused on drawing the internal structure of the shipwreck, but a hissing sound came from his headphones, and he could barely hear the sounds from the cats' side, and the images were mostly blank.

On the other side.

Cat and Mu Jin carefully searched inside the boat.

Suddenly, the cat pushed aside a piece of coral and then brushed aside the seaweed on the surface. The mud and sand blurred its vision, but the cat could still see what was underneath!

A large wooden box, sealed shut. The cat tried to lift the lid, but couldn't open it!

Mu Jin swam over and took out a dagger. "I'll do it."

Cat, move aside a bit.

After a while, Mu Jin knocked on the wooden box, cut the shockproof straw net inside, and took out an exquisite porcelain bowl!

The cat laughed, "Hehe, a major discovery!"

Mu Jin gave the cat a thumbs up in praise.

The cat was even happier.

The bowl that Mu Jin took out was completely unbroken, and judging by the appearance, there were quite a few other intact porcelain pieces like this in the box! It's hard to imagine that hundreds of years ago, such wonderful protection was already available for porcelain transported over long distances!

Mu Jin said, "There's no signal on the ship. Check if there's anything else nearby."

The cats pushed aside the other corals and found two more boxes, but they didn't open them.

The cat said, "This shouldn't be a warehouse. These three boxes must have been washed ashore."

Mu Jin had already called Tan Zheng and the others over the communicator, "Have you spotted anything? Report your location."

Tan Zheng replied quickly, and her voice was very angry! "I almost got swept into the trench! Damn it, I don't know which bastard pushed me from behind! Luckily, Song Sifan pulled me out of the way."

Tan Zheng was furious. They were prepared to fight with the people on the other boats, but the underhanded tactics they used as soon as they met enraged her.

Although she heard Song Sifan's name, Mu Jin still spoke in a businesslike tone, "Report your location."

Tan Zheng said, "We are on the top deck of the ship now."

Mu Jin said, "The Tanzheng group should return to the surface and have the ship lower the cable." After saying that, he added succinctly, "Be careful."

Song Sifan's voice came through the earpiece: "You've entered the cabin? Have you found anything?"

Mu Jin remained silent.

The cat spoke for him, "Yes, there are three boxes here, let's take them up first."
